Nieco inna propozycja, bardziej naukowo brzmiąca. Związana raczej z urazem psychicznym w przeszłości, więc nieco zależy to od definicji "odreagowania" w samym tekście źródłowym.

W sprawie odreagowania *stresu*. Odreagować niekoniecznie można tylko stres jako taki, można odreagować np. frustracje, złość (w odniesieniu do różnych czynników zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych) etc. Stąd propozycje skupiające się na samym stresie zawężają znaczenie "odreagowania". Dużo zależy od podanej w tekście definicji odreagowania. Podparte opinią konsultanta: żony - psychologa i psychoterapeutki :-)
