Spanisch Begriff oder Satz: rondas campesinas y ronderos

"rondas campesinas" and "ronderos"
Erklärung:
The rondas campesinas and rondas urbanas are social organizations to which all men and women of 17 years and older belong to. The rondas were founded in 1978 in the province of Chota, department of Cajamarca (northern Peru). The foundation was a consequence of the social exclusion of the farmer population, almost forgotten and underprivileged by the Peruvian government. Every community has its own ronda. The organization of rondas is based on the Inca principles of master sua (don’t steal), master quella (don’t lie) and master llulla (don’t be indolent), as well as on the catholic liberation theology.

Many anthropologists and sociologists have studied the behaviour and the activities of the rondas. All agree on defining it as an organization based on indigenous principles, one of the most democratic Latin-American organizations of the last decades.

The rondas have their own legislation system and are protected by agreement 169 of the International Labour Organization. In addition to solve security problems in rural areas, the rondas manage to solve justice problems. Problems and (small) crimes are ventilated and discussed in general meetings, where the final decision is taken.

what country? I'd use campesino, but I've noticed that some object to the term. I double checked "ronda" in Alcaraz Varó and that is how it is translated there.
