Erklärung:
He visto siempre el término "Buenosairean" para traducir porteño/a; aunque no está en ningún diccionario por lo que estuve buscando.
Sé que algunos traductores aquí en Argentina no los convence y entonces utilizan "Buenos Aires + sust"....
Pero creo que Buenosairean es toda una innovación después de todo! hahaha :o) Usaría éste con seguridad!

"Porteño" is the one coming from Buenos Aires city (capital city).
Bonaerense is the one coming from Buenos Aires Province.

"Porteño" means the one coming from the port, but we never translate it that way.

I believe "buenosairean" solves the problem in case you are not quite sure whether it means from the capital city or from the province, because I've seen it used in both ways.

I apologize, I didnt see it was Guayaquil ... In this case I would say "port city of Guayaquil"!
