No estoy muy segura de "tenure". La persona trabajaba como Analista Corporativo de Sistemas.

Also, 'teamwork capabilities' doesn't sound entirely natural to me. I would say something like ....."her ability to work as part of a team.."
I know it's longer, but it sounds more natural to me.
