Fragesteller: Hola, Pues efectivamente como comenté al hacer la pregunta el documento es para USA, así que me gustaría contar con un término propio de alli para el "auto de imputación judicial". La verdad es que aún no lo tengo muy claro, porque hay disparidad de opiniones. Muchas gracias de nuevo, Ruth

Neutraler Kommentar AllegroTrans: "complaint" is a stage BEFORE filing of charges (US) prosecution (UK) // OK, would be understood in US but in UK this would cause confusion - I will change to "neutral" as asker did not make it clear whether US or UK English was required

  -> There's a difference between "complaint" (denuncia), and "formal complaint" which means it has been filed in court by the prosecution//The text clearly states: "...su traducción es para Estados Unidos"

Neutraler Kommentar Flavio Posse: The very first line states: "El texto es español y su traducción es para Estados Unidos". I could disagree here, but I choose not to. I think that the asker, or anyone else, may benefit from both versions. A neutral comment is enough....catch my drift?

Erklärung:
"auto" is the court order.
"imputación" in this case is indictment, and the "judicial" is already reflected when you say "court" order.
