Central Accounting and Documentary Analysis Administration
Explanation:
Based on the translation in the Harvard paper I quoted in my other answer, which seems sound to me. I've just removed "Data Processing" and replaced it with "Central", since your version has "Central" instead of "Informática":

"The results of the analysis would be in the form of a recommendation addressed to the audit agency AICG (Administración de Informática Contrabilidad y Glosa, which translates as Data Processing, Accounting, and Documentary Analysis Administration), commonly known as GLOSA."

Or if you prefer, you could go with "audit" and call it the "Central Accounting and Audit Administration". I think that would be OK. However, I'm be inclined to stay with "documentary analysis".
