Erklärung:
I haven't been able to find these in any dictionary or even an explanation in Spanish. The only thing I have found is that descubierto can be translated as open (Robb) and I know from experience that revestido can be cased in certain contexts. However, I think this is what they are.

According to the Dictionary of Civil Engineering, casing = a steel pipe lining to oil or water wells or other boreholes
and
an open hole, or uncased hole, is a borehole without casing.

Cased
Pertaining to a well bore in which casing is run and cemented. See casing.
Cased hole
A well bore in which casing has been run.
Cash flow profile
A chart showing expenditure on a project and income from the project over a period of time.
Casing
The steel pipe that is cemented into a well to prevent the wall from caving in and stop unwanted fluids from entering the hole from the surrounding rocks.

Open
1. Of a well bore, having no casing. 2. Of a hole, having no drill pipe or tubing suspended in it.

Open hole:
1. Any well bore in which casing has not been set. 2. Open or cased hole in which no drill pipe or tubing is suspended.

cased pertaining to a wellbore in which casing has been run and cemented. See casing.
cased hole a wellbore in which casing has been run.
casing steel pipe placed in an oil or gas well as drilling progresses to prevent the wall of the hole from caving in during drilling, to prevent seepage of fluids, and to provide a means of extracting petroleum if the well is productive.

Sleeving refers to installing sets of tubing sections from the top of the wellhead to the tubing hanger while keeping the existing master control valve operable. The Sleeving creates a uniformly sized flow path throughout the wellhead which maximizes the production increases that can be derived from well optimization technology. The complete Sleeving operation is performed with the well head under pressure.

Sleeving Helps Plunger Operation
The internal diameter of the wellhead affects efficient plunger movement into the lubricator.

Sleeving makes well optimization possible by preventing a pressure drop, and ensures the plunger and fluid maintain their upward momentum upon entering the well head.

Connecting a smaller tubular to a large API well head results in a change in diameter and reduces flow velocity. Such size differences are common when companies use up an inventory of large size well heads, or when small size tubing, or endless tubing is installed in an attempt to increase flow velocity. Sleeving corrects the sizing difference and allows the plunger to operate at a full efficiency
