Neatness of a Muslim child
Ey farzand, agar jisming o'sib ulg'ayishini, badaning sog'lom bo'lishini, aqling o'tkir va qalbing xushnud bo'lishini istasang, quyidagi nasihatlarga quloq sol:
Hey child, if you want your trunk to grow, your body to be healthy, your mind to be sharp and your soul to be joyful, pay attention to the following advices:
1.
1.
Qishda har haftada kamida ikki marta issiq suv bilan, yozda esa har kuni bir marta sovuq suv bilan hammom qil.
Have a bath with warm water at least twice a week in winter, and with cold water once a day in summer.
2.
2.
Uxlashdan avval va uyqudan turganingdan keyin yuzing, qo'llaring va oyoqlaringni yuv.
Wash your face, hands and feet before going to bed and after waking up.
Doim besh vaqt namozni o'z vaqtida o'qi.
Always perform prayers five times a day on a timely basis.
Chunki namozdan oldin tahorat qilish bir kunda bir necha marotaba shu a'zolarning toza bo'lishiga sabab bo'ladi.
Because making the ablution before the prayer results in cleaning of these body parts several times a day.
3.
3.
Odamlar oldida ko'zing, qulog'ing yoki burningni o'ynab kavlamagin.
Do not pick your eyes, ears or nose in front of people.
Chunki bu amal shu a'zolarga zarar beradi va odamlarni sendan nafratlantiradi.
Because this action damages these body parts and makes people despise you.
Agar ularni tozalamoqchi bo'lsang, toza dastro'mol bilan artib tozalagin.
If you want to clean them, then wipe with a clean handkerchief.
4.
4.
Odamlar oldida tishlaringni kavlab tozalama va tirnoqlaringni olma.
Do not pick your teeth and do not cut your fingernails in front of people.
Chunki bu ham odamlarni sendan nafratlantiradi.
Because this makes people despise you too.
5.
5.
Uxlashdan oldin va uyqudan turganingdan keyin misvok va tish cho'tkalari bilan tishlaringni tozalab yuvgin.
Before going to bed and after waking up, clean your teeth with a miswak stick and toothbrushes.
Chunki ovqat qoldiqlari milk va tishlarga ozor va zarar berib, og'izning hidini buzadi.
Because scraps of food distress and damage the gum and teeth and result in bad breath.
6.
6.
Bozorlarda aylanib yuradigan sotuvchilardan biron narsa sotib olsang yuvgin.
If you buy anything from the sellers in the markets, wash it.
Chunki ular u narsalarni tayyorlayotganlarida tozalikka e'tibor bermaydilar va ularni chang va pashshalardan ehtiyot qilmaydilar.
Because they do not pay attention to cleanliness when preparing these things and they do not preserve them from dust and flies.
7.
7.
Yuz sochiq, tish cho'tka, uxlaydigan kravat, yostiq, yopinchiq va taroq kabi narsalar alohida seniki bo'lishiga harakat qil, ularni sendan boshqa odam ishlatmasin.
Try to have your own things like face towel, toothbrush, bed, pillow, bedspread and comb, nobody but you should use them.
8.
8.
Suvni toza va sof holida ich, ariq suvini faqat tindirilganidan keyin ich.

12.
12.
Sen uxlaydigan xona havosi tozalanib turishi uchun quyosh nurlari kirib turadigan tarafda bo'lsin.
The room where you sleep must be located in the side where sunlight can enter in order clean its air.

Shunda ularning ko'rkamligi saqlanib, ko'rinishi chiroyli bo'ladi.

his halva was dirty; he did not preserve his halva from flies and dust.

Bir necha kundan keyin unda bezgak kasali alomatlari paydo bo'ldi va otasi uyga doktor chaqirib keldi.
After several days the malaria symptoms appeared in him and his father called a doctor home.
Ko'p savol-javoblardan keyin doktor uning kasali holva yeyishdan kelib chiqqanini bildi.
After many questions and answers the doctor knew that his disease had originated from eating halva.
Uni davolash uchun bezgak kasalliklari shifoxonasiga olib borishga buyurdi.
He ordered to take him to the hospital for tropical diseases to treat him.
Oilasi qiynalib, otasi uni davolashga ko'p pullar sarflaganidan keyin u kasalxonada bir oy yotib kasalidan tuzalib chiqdi.
After his family’s worries, his father’s spending a lot of money to treat him, he was discharged from the hospital after one month of treatment.
