1. I REVOKE all former testamentary dispositions
2. I APPOINT (a) my Wife WIFE’S NAME the sole executrix of this my Will but if she predeceases me renounces probate or dies without having proved it then I appoint the partners at the date of my death in the firm COMPANY’S NAME of COMPANY’S ADDRESS or the firm which at that date has succeeded to and carries on its practice to be executors hereof and I express the wish that two and only two of the partners in the said firm of COMPANY’S NAME shall prove my Will
(b) AS TRUSTEES of this my Will I appoint the persons who take out the first grant of probate to be obtained in respect of it
(c) IN THIS WILL the expression "my Trustees" shall where the context permits mean its executors and trustees for the time being whether they are original or substituted or added
(d) ANY of my Trustees who is engaged in a profession shall be entitled to be paid fees for work done by him or his firm on the same basis as if he were not one of my Trustees but employed to act on behalf of my Trustees
3. MY TRUSTEES shall hold the whole of my estate on trust either to retain or sell it on the following trusts:
(a) to pay debts testamentary expenses and capital transfer tax on property passing to my trustees
(b) to pay the residue to my wife WIFE’S NAME if she survives me by 28 days but if she does not
(c) to divide the residue among such of my children as
shall survive me and attain the age of 18 years

Yo, PERSON’S FULL NAME, domiciliado en PERSON’S FULL ADDRESS, declaro por el presente instrumento que esta es mi última voluntad.
DISPOSICIONES
1. DEROGO todas las disposiciones testamentarias anteriores
2. DESIGNO (a) a mi esposa WIFE’S FULL NAME como única albacea de este Testamento, pero en caso de que me premuera, renuncie a su legitimación o fallezca sin haberlo sabido, designo como albacea a los socios en la fecha de mi muerte de la empresa COMPANY NAME, domiciliada en COMPANY ADDRESS o la empresa que en esa fecha la haya sucedido y continúe con su práctica y expreso mi deseo de que dos y tan solo dos de los socios de la empresa COMPANY NAME validarán mi Testamento.
(b) COMO FIDEICOMISARIOS de mi testamento designo a las personas que obtengan la primera acta probatoria a su respecto.
(c) EN ESTE TESTAMENTO la expresión “mis fideicomisarios” hace referencia a, cuando el contexto lo permita, albaceas y fideicomisarios por el momento tanto aquellos originales como aquellos que los hayan sustituido o hayan sido añadidos.
(d) CUALQUIERA de mis fideicomisarios que ejerza una profesión tendrá derecho a recibir el pago de los honorarios por su trabajo, realizado por él mismo o por su empresa, como si no fuese uno de mis fideicomisarios sino un profesional contratado para actuar en su lugar.
3. MIS FIDEICOMISARIOS mantendrán la totalidad de mi herencia en fideicomiso para ser conservada o invertida en los siguientes fideicomisos:
(a) el pago de deudas de gastos testamentarios o impuestos de transferencia de bienes en cuanto las propiedades transferidas a mis fideicomisarios
(b) el pago del resto de mi herencia a mi esposa WIFE’S FULL NAME si vive pasados 28 días tras mi fallecimiento; si así no fuere,
(c) la división del resto de mi herencia entre aquellos de mis hijos que me sobrevivan y hayan cumplido 18 años de edad
