Scope and definitions
1. This Agreement shall apply to the European Union mission in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine) and its personnel.
2. This Agreement shall apply only within the territory of the Host State.
3. For the purposes of this Agreement:
(a) "EUAM Ukraine" or "the Mission" shall mean the EU Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform Ukraine established by the Council of the European Union in Decision 2014/486/CFSP, including its components, units, headquarters and personnel deployed in the territory of the Host State and assigned to EUAM Ukraine;
(b) "Head of Mission" shall mean the Head of Mission of EUAM Ukraine, appointed by the Council of the European Union;
(c) "European Union (EU)" shall mean the permanent bodies of the EU and their staff;
(d) " EUAM Ukraine personnel" shall mean the Head of Mission, personnel seconded by EU Member States, the European External Action Service (EEAS) and EU institutions and non EU States invited by the EU to participate in EUAM Ukraine, international staff recruited on a contractual basis by EUAM Ukraine deployed for the preparation, support and implementation of the Mission, and personnel on mission for a Sending State, an EU institution or EEAS in the framework of the mission. It shall not include commercial contractors or staff employed locally;
(e) "Headquarters" shall mean the EUAM Ukraine main headquarters in Kyiv;
(f) "Sending State" shall mean any EU Member State or non-EU State that has seconded personnel to the Mission;
(g) "Facilities" shall mean all buildings, premises, installations and land required for the conduct of the activities of the Mission, as well as for the accommodation of the Mission's personnel;
(h) "Personnel employed locally" shall mean personnel who are nationals of, or permanently resident in, the Host State;
(i) "Official correspondence" shall mean all correspondence relating to EUAM Ukraine and its functions;
(j) "Contractor" shall mean any person supplying to EUAM Ukraine goods or services related to the Mission's activities;
(k) "EUAM Ukraine means of transport" shall mean all vehicles and other means of transport owned, hired or chartered by EUAM Ukraine;
(l) "EUAM Ukraine assets" shall mean equipment, including means of transport, and consumer goods necessary for EUAM Ukraine.

Застосування та визначення
1. Ця Угода застосовується до місії Європейського союзу в Україні (далі - КМЄС в Україні) та її персоналу.
2. Ця Угода застосовується виключно на території Приймаючої держави.
3. Для цілей цієї Угоди:
(a) «КМЄС в Україні» або «Місія» означає консультативну місію ЄС з реформування сектора цивільної безпеки України, засновану Рішенням Ради Європейського союзу № 2014/486/CFSP, зокрема її членів, підрозділи, штаб-квартири та персонал, розгорнуті на території Приймаючої держави та приписані до КМЄС в Україні;
(b) «Голова місії» означає Голову представництва КМЄС в Україні, призначеного Радою Європейського союзу;
(c) «Європейський союз (ЄС)» означає постійні органи ЄС та їхніх співробітників;
(d) «Персонал КМЄС в Україні» означає Голову місії, персонал, прикомандирований країнами-членами ЄС, Європейською службою зовнішніх дій (ЄСЗД), установами країн ЄС і країн, що не входять до ЄС, запрошені ЄС взяти участь у КМЄС в Україні, міжнародних співробітників, які набираються на контрактній основі КМЄС в Україні для підготовки, підтримки та реалізації місії, а також персонал, відряджений Державою, що направляє, установою ЄС або Європейською дипломатичною службою в рамках місії. Не включає в себе комерційних підрядників або співробітників, найнятих на місцевому рівні;
(e) «Штаб-квартира» означає головний офіс КМЄС в Україні в Києві;
(f) «Держава, що направляє» означає будь-яку державу-члена ЄС або державу, що не є членом ЄС, яка командирує персонал для участі в Місії;
(g) «Об’єкти» означає будівлі, приміщення, споруди та земельні ділянки, необхідні для діяльності Місії та розміщення персоналу Місії;
(h) «Персонал, найнятий на місці» означає персонал, члени якого є громадянами Приймаючої держави або постійно проживають у ній;
(i) «Офіційна кореспонденція» означає всю кореспонденцію, що відноситься до КМЄС в Україні та її функцій;
(j) «Підрядник» означає будь-яку особу, що поставляє КМЄС в Україні товари або послуги, пов’язані з діяльністю Місії;
(k) «Транспортні засоби КМЄС в Україні» означає всі автомобілі та інші транспортні засоби, що належать, орендовані або зафрахтовані КМЄС в Україні;
(l) «Майно КМЄС в Україні» означає обладнання, зокрема транспортні засоби, а також товари народного споживання, необхідні КМЄС в Україні.

A carrier for use in a planetary gear system. The carrier has a plurality of openings or slots
offset from a midline thereof. The carrier includes alignment mechanisms positioned in each of
the plurality of openings or slots to substantially align each planet gear about the midline of the
carrier. The carrier may be used in a planetary gear system for use in a wind turbine. One aspect
incorporates eccentric rings in the openings. Another aspect incorporates inserts in the slots.
Each of the rings and inserts has openings that, when properly positioned, will substantially
bisect the carrier midline.
1. A carrier (110) for use in a planetary gear system (100) and having a
plurality of openings (117) or slots (242) offset from a midline (MC) thereof, said carrier
comprising alignment mechanisms (125, 240) positioned in each of the plurality of
openings or slots to substantially align each planet gear about the midline of the carrier.
2. The carrier of claim 1, wherein said alignment mechanisms comprise nonrotating eccentric disks (125).
3. The carrier of claim 2, comprising a non-rotation means (135, 139) for
rendering the eccentric disks non-rotating in the plurality of openings taken from the
group consisting of an adhesive material, a peg and slot assembly, a key and notch
assembly, and a knurl and indent assembly.
4. The carrier of claim 1, wherein said alignment mechanisms comprise
inserts (240), each of the inserts having a width less than a width of each of the plurality
of slots.
5. The carrier of claim 4, comprising shims (250) positioned within a gap
(248) between a wall of each of the plurality of slots and the inserts for immobilizing the
inserts within each of the plurality of slots.
6. A planetary gear system (100), comprising:2

a rotating central gear (14);
a plurality of peripheral planet gears (16), each said planet gear in a meshed
relationship with the rotating central gear; and

comprises a non-rotating eccentric disk (125).

A. All Services provided under this Agreement and any Statement of Work (SOW) to this Agreement
will be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, including without
limitation, all applicable anti-corruption laws. Service Provider has and shall maintain all necessary
licenses, authorizations, approvals, permits and registrations to perform its obligations hereunder.
B. Service Provider has extensive experience and expertise in the field specified in the SOW(s) and shall
perform the Services in a diligent, professional and workmanlike manner consistent with the highest
applicable industry standards.
C. The Services do not and will not give rise to any infringement or misappropriation of any patent,
copyright, trade secret, trademark, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
Service Provider understands that Service Provider’s relationship with COMPANY X is one of confidence
and that during the period of Service Provider’s engagements, Service Provider may acquire or may have
already acquired knowledge of, or access to information which relates to the business, operations,
products or plans of COMPANY X (or its clients) which is not known to the general public (hereinafter
“Confidential Information”).
Service Provider agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless COMPANY X and its Affiliates, and their
respective employees, officers, and directors against and from all claims, suits, demands, investigations,
damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’
fees and document production costs), arising from or attributable to the Services or any work product
produced hereunder, or Service Provider’s negligence, willful misconduct, violation of applicable law or
regulation, or breach of this Agreement. COMPANY X shall have the right to join any defense of any
such claim at Service Provider’s expense and Service Provider shall not settle any claim hereunder
without COMPANY X’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or
delayed.

Source text - English In North America only, the network cable for the T1 PRI network interface module can be connected to an external device called a Channel Service Unit (CSU). The CSU ensures that the PRI is isolated from the actual network. The CSU regenerates the signals from the PRI network interface module on the actual network cable. If the PRI network interface module loses power or is disconnected, the CSU ensures that a signal continues to be transmitted back to the network. This prevents the line from being deactivated. A CSU is normally only needed when the network cable for the T1 PRI network interface module is connected directly to a telephone company switch, not when the network cable is connected to a PBX.
If you use an external CSU, you must specify the following information on the PRI Setup screen (System Info>AdminSetup>Video Network>IMUX>PRI Network>PRI Setup):
• In the CSU field, select External.
• In the Line Buildout field, select the length of the cable that connects the PRI network interface module to the CSU.
You can also configure the T1 PRI network interface module to act as a CSU. To do this, the external power supply must be plugged in.
To use the T1 PRI network interface module as an internal CSU, you must specify the following information on the PRI Setup screen (System Info>Admin Setup>Video Network>IMUX>PRINetwork>PRI Setup):
• In the CSU field, select Internal.
• In the Line Buildout field, select an appropriate dB setting. The telephone company usually determines the dB value by measuring the characteristics of the line. If an external CSU was previously used, use the setting selected for that CSU. Otherwise, start with 0.
