Bio

I am a French native and I translate
from English and modern Greek into French. I am specialised in Life sciences (ecology & the environment, conservation biology, equestrian science, agriculture) and tourism & travels. I can also provide high-quality translations related to diving, martial arts, horse-riding, running, hiking and other sports, and I am
of course qualified to translate more general types of texts into my mother tongue. I have a good knowledge of Trados Studio 2022 (owned) and of cloud-based Memsource and could learn to use another CAT tool if need be.

Besides completing the first year of a BA in Biology
at the university in France, I have been involved with various environmental
organisations from the age of sixteen, thus building myself a solid knowledge
of environmental and conservation-related matters. What’s more, I worked for an NGO in Greece for nine years, managing a conservation centre for a rare breed of horse as well as an international volunteering programme and further increasing my knowledge
of agricultural subjects.
