Introducing XXX, a new medicine that reduces the pain and stiffness of rheumatoid arthritis. XXX offers more convenient, once-monthly dosing, less painful injections, and fewer injection site reactions. XXX does not contain preservatives, a potential source for injections associated with burning and stinging.
XXX can be self-administered at home. It is injected under the skin using an easy-to-use auto-injector device that was specifically designed with the rheumatoid arthritis patient in mind. Its is also available in a pre-filled syringe. XXX must be refrigerated until ready for use.
XXX must be taken with another disease modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD), such as methotrexate.
XXX is a TNF-blocker and is a medicine similar to YYY®, ZZZ® and AAA®. As with these medications, XXX can lower your immune system’s ability to fight infections. Rarely, there have been cases of certain kinds of cancer in patients taking XXX or similar medications.

Un bitcoin es un bien patrimonial inmaterial, documento electrónico, objeto de derecho real, en forma de unidad de cuenta, definida mediante la tecnología informática y criptográfica denominada “Bitcoin”, que permite ser utilizada como contraprestación en transacciones de todo tipo. Ohne die "Rückendeckung" von XXX wären die Lieferverträge nicht zustande gekommen, insbesondere nicht hinsichtlich der kontrahierten Mengen und der dafür vereinbarten Preise. Dass dem so ist, räumt auch der Beklagte ein. Denn er gibt zu, dass "XXX die Garantie nur in Ansehung des Abschlusses der geplanten Lieferverträge mit YYY übernommen hat". Damit äußerte sich in den Lieferverträgen ein Bedarf von XXX, nicht von YYY oder ZZZ, und für die kartellrechtliche Würdigung etwaiger Marktverschließungseffekte muss auf den Bedarf von XXX, nicht von YYY oder ZZZ abgestellt werden.
