Unsere Argumentation:
Sinnhaftigkeit der Hilfe: Die Frage ist immer: Wie wird jeder Euro am Besten für die Zukunft der Kinder eingesetzt. Um das sicherzustellen, nutzen wir das Know-how und die Synergien unserer weltweit operierenden Organisation.
Know-how entwickeln: Grundprobleme wie Fragen der Agrarkultur sind in vielen ADPs ähnlich. Da macht es Sinn, zentral Antworten auf drängende Fragen zu finden und dabei das gesamte Know-how der gesamten Partnerschaft einzubinden. Der Einsatz von Spezialisten z.B. durch die Einbindung des XY Global Office hilft, Doppelgleisigkeiten zu verhindern, gemeinsame Lösungen kostengünstig zu entwickeln und mit der weltweiten XY Partnerschaft zu teilen. Beispiele dafür sind unsere Gesundheits-, Wasser und Hygieneinitiativen.
Erfahrungen teilen: Es macht keinen Sinn, in jedem unserer Regionalentwicklungsprogramme (ADP) das Rad neu zu erfinden. Als lernende Organisation bewerten wir die Erfahrungen, die z.B. in einem Projekt in Swasiland mit Bewässerungen gemacht wurden, und teilen die positiven wie auch die negativen Erfahrungen mit anderen ADPs z.B. in Mosambik. Damit helfen wir, kostspielige Umweg bei Projektarbeiten zu vermeiden. Zudem werden neue Impulse und Ideen weitergetragen und helfen in anderen ADPs, an Entdeckungen und neuen Lösungen anderer Länder Anteil zu haben. Eine erfolgreiche neue Idee kann somit allen ADPs in einer ähnlichen Situation helfen, kostengünstiger und effektiver zu arbeiten.
So helfen die Ergebnisse z.B. bei dem Einsatz nachhaltiger Anbaumethoden, dürreresistenter Pflanzen oder bei Maßnahmen gegen die Bodenerosion in einem ADP den anderen ADPs einer Region bei der effektiver Umsetzung in eigenen Projekten. | Übersetzung - Englisch

Sharing Experience
There is no point in reinventing the wheel in each of our Area Development Programs (ADP). As a learning organization we evaluate all experience gained with, for example, an irrigation project in Swaziland, and share this newly gained experience, positive as well as negative, with other ADPs in, for instance, Mozambique. By doing this we help to avoid expensive detours in project work. Furthermore new impulses and ideas are communicated and make a contribution to new discoveries and solutions for ADPs in other countries. New and successful ideas can in this way assist all ADPs in similar situations to work effective and cost-efficient. That way the knowledge that has been gained in one ADP, for instance, by introducing sustainable farming methods, planting drought-resistant plants or taking measures against soil erosion can support other ADPs in their own projects.

The viral core
The influenza A or B virus genome consists of eight
segments of negative-sense single-stranded RNA. Each RNA segment is associated with multiple copies of NP and with the viral transcriptase consisting of RNA polymerase components PB1, PB2 and PA, thus forming the RNP complex.21 The RNPs are surrounded by a layer of the matrix protein, M1. With approximately 3000 copies per
virion, M1 is the most abundant structural protein of
influenza virus. RNA segments 1–6 of influenza A viruses encode a single protein each. For example, segment 4 encodes the HA, segment 5 NP and segment 6 the NA protein. Segment 7 encodes two proteins, M1 and M2, with overlapping reading frames. Likewise, segment 8 encodes the nonstructural proteins NS1 and NS2, again with superimposed reading frames. Even though NS2 was originally thought to be absent from virus particles (hence the name “nonstructural”),
it has subsequently been found in low copy

EXX is also used as a one-component bonding system for phenolic-based compounds and other formaldehyde donor-cured resin systems, as used in the Friction Industry to manufacture products such as Original-Equipment and After-Market Brake Pads.

EXX produces vulcanised bonds exhibiting :
• Excellent static and dynamic fatigue resistance
• Heat resistance exceeding 300ºC
• Excellent resistance to fluids including water, oils and fuels (including diesel and synthetic mixtures such as methanol and toluene), even at high temperatures
• Superior salt-spray resistance, even compared to solvent based systems
This environmental resistance, particularly the hot fluid resistance of EXX, makes it suitable for the manufacture of high performance Oil Seals, Shaft Seals, Gaskets, Rubber Rollers and TVD’s.
Brake pads produced using EXX exhibited good bond retention to shear testing at 300ºC as well as passing cyclic tests involving heating the brake pads to 400ºC before quenching them in cold water for 30 cycles, which is then followed by salt-spray testing.
