You may add and/or upload existing glossaries; however, only plain text, standard format glossary can be unloaded. Word documents, RTF files, or any format other than plain text will not work. The maximum allowed file size is 2MB. If you have a glossary file larger than 2MB, please break it up into smaller pieces.
Note: Glossaries should be in the form: source term target term NotesURL
(Notes and URL are optional.)
1. Go to your profile
2. Click on your name
3. Select "Enter Terms" under Glossary
4. Select "Upload your glossaries!" located at the bottom of the page
FYI: You may edit an existing term, however, these instructions apply only to terms in your personal glossaries. Terms in the site-wide KudoZ glossary can only be edited by a moderator. If you want to suggest a change to a term in the site-wide glossary, you can contact the appropriate moderator using the moderator list.
