Dip Trans course for English to Bengali

Does anyone know of a distance learning Dip Trans course focusing on Bengali? I couldn't find one with any of the more popular course providers.

Do you by any chance have links to the ITI and SOAS pages where they are offering Dip Trans courses on Bengali? I can't find them.

ITI is a competitor of CIoL. I'd be very surprised if they are offering a Dip Trans course.
