Gibt es für "to singulate" eine deutsche Entsprechung? Ich habe zwar singuliert gefunden, dem traue ich nicht so ganz. Der Begriff wird in meinem Text in folgendem Zusammenhang verwendet:

"A die is usually *singulated* from a wafer, and wafers may be made of semiconducting, non-semiconducting, or combinations of semiconducting and non-semiconducting materials."
