In my experiences as a monitoring and evaluation officer at Senkatana HIV  and  Oncology Clinic projects, I have over 14 years of experience in developing and implementing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plans for large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy of data collection and reporting. I also coordinate closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely completion of activities according to schedule.

In addition to my project management and coordination skills, I have a strong background in medical linguistics and translations, with over 10 years of experience as a professional medical translator. I offer high-quality and timely translations of important documents, such as informed consent forms, medical surveys and questionnaires, subject interviews and linguistic validations, in both English and Sotho languages.

I also employ creative strategies when encountering linguistic challenges during translations, and utilize advanced knowledge of dialects and colloquialisms to ensure accuracy. My mission is to contribute to the improvement of health outcomes and quality of life for people by providing reliable and relevant data and information that supports evidence-based decision making and program improvement. I am passionate about human rights, gender-based violence prevention, and social justice, and I apply my skills and expertise to advocate for these causes through various platforms, such as poetry, writing, and acting.
