Source text - Spanish Con respecto a la distribución de utilidades, en el caso de que el beneficiario fuera una persona humana, sucesión indivisa o beneficiario del exterior, conforme lo previsto por el artículo 46 de la ley del tributo -modificado por Ley N° 27.430-, los
dividendos -o cualquier utilidad distribuida a socios o integrantes- serán considerados como ganancia gravada por sus beneficiarios, debiendo imputarse en el ejercicio en que hayan sido puestos a disposición o pagados, lo que ocurra primero, o capitalizado.
Translation - English As regards the profit distribution, pursuant to the provisions set forth in Section 46 of the act of the tax — modified by Law No. 27430 — when the beneficiary is an individual, undivided estate or foreign beneficiary, the dividends or any other profit distributed among the partners or members shall be considered as taxable income by their beneficiaries. Such income shall be entered in the fiscal year in which they were available or paid, whichever occurs first, or capitalized.
It is worth mentioning that it shall be applied a schedular tax of 13% on dividends distributed due to profits obtained in the fiscal years started on 01/01/2020.

Source text - English CONTRACTOR and PURCHASER shall jointly maintain the project schedule and shall assess on a bi weekly basis the progress made towards completion of the project. Such progress shall be measured in % of project completed in the Project Schedule in Annex A.
2.3.2. CONTRACTOR shall be paid a percentage of the total amount due equivalent to the increased in the progress in any two-week period. It is accepted that as of this date the project is 34% complete.
Example: 66% of the work remains to be done. If in a two-week period the CONTRACTOR completes an additional 6.6% of the work, the PURCHASER shall pay the CONTRACTOR 10% (66% / 6.6%) of the total amount of the remaining contract payments due. This shall continue until the total amount of payments for 100% of the work are paid.
2.3.3. CONTRACTOR agrees to submit an invoice to PURCHASER every two weeks for the amount of money indicated by the work progress. PURCHASER has five (5) days to review and accept or dispute the progress claimed. PURCHASER then has five (5) days to pay CONTRACTOR for the invoice.
2.3.4. CONTRACTOR may penalize PURCHASER at the rate of 0.1% per day after the due date for failure to pay the invoice in a timely manner.
2.3.5. PURCHASER may penalize the CONTRACTOR at the rate of 0.1% per day for failure to deliver the completed work on time as per the schedule. Delays not caused by the contractor shall be added to the expected delivery date prior to assessing any penalty.
Translation - Spanish Tanto el CONTRATISTA como el COMPRADOR deberán respetar de manera conjunta el cronograma del proyecto y deberán realizar una evaluación cada dos semanas acerca del progreso con respecto a la finalización del proyecto. Dicho progreso deberá expresarse con el porcentaje del proyecto completado en virtud del Calendario del Proyecto en el Anexo A.
2.3.2. Se le deberá abonar al CONTRATISTA un porcentaje del monto total adeudado equivalente al progreso realizado dentro de cualquier período de dos semanas. Al día de la fecha el proyecto se encuentra completo en un 34%.
Ejemplo: Resta terminar el 66% del trabajo. En en el período de dos semanas el CONTRATISTA finaliza un 6,6% adicional del trabajo, el COMPRADOR deberá pagar al CONTRATISTA un 10% (66 / 6,6%) del monto total de los pagos adeudados del contrato. Esto se realizará hasta que se abone el monto total de los pagos por el 100% de los trabajos.
2.3.3. El CONTRATISTA acepta enviar una factura al COMPRADOR cada dos semanas en concepto del monto correspondiente al trabajo realizado durante ese período de tiempo. El COMPRADOR tiene cinco (5) días para revisar y aceptar o rechazar el progreso indicado por el CONTRATISTA. El COMPRADOR tiene luego cinco (5) días para pagarle al CONTRATISTA por lo facturado.
2.3.4. El CONTRATISTA podrá penalizar al COMPRADOR con una tasa de 0,1% por cada día de atraso en el pago de la factura después de su vencimiento.
2.3.5. El COMPRADOR podrá penalizar al CONTRATISTA con una tasa de 0,1% por cada día de retraso en la finalización de los trabajos de conformidad con lo establecido en el calendario. Los días de retraso que no fueron por culpa del CONTRATISTA deberán adicionarse a la fecha de entrega esperada antes de evaluar las penalizaciones.
