I've always been passionate
about languages and cultures. After completing my translation studies at the
University of Leipzig, Germany, with semesters abroad in Ireland and Spain, I
also spent extended periods in Mexico and Argentina, where I was able to
further develop my linguistic and intercultural skills and also gain practical
experience in the fields of human rights monitoring, adapted technologies and
permaculture, as well as teaching German as a foreign/second language.


I have been working full-time as a freelance translator since 2012, and I enjoy
the variety, the exciting challenges and the interesting contacts that this
work entails every day.
