O mundo nunca se transformou tão rápido quanto nos últimos anos e isso leva a mudanças concretas na forma de trabalhar.
Além do conhecimento técnico para lidar com as novas tecnologias que surgem a cada dia, hoje é necessário desenvolver certas habilidades interpessoais para se destacar em uma realidade cada vez mais computadorizada.
Em um ambiente em que a maioria das pessoas usa com eficiência os recursos tecnológicos, tais profissionais acabam se tornando muito parecidos no que diz respeito à produtividade e à entrega de resultados.
Consequentemente, a saída acaba sendo valorizar a condição que todo mundo tem desde nascença, mas está sendo esquecida.
Vai ficar em evidência quem investir no desenvolvimento de ser humano. É isso mesmo. A humanidade e suas características já estão sendo cada vez mais valorizadas, pois ela é capaz de sentir (e ser capaz de notar os que os outros sentem), de agir diferente e assim encontrar novas soluções para velhos problemas.
Veja algumas habilidades que se encaixam nesse quadro:
A criatividade ganha destaque porque rompe barreiras e faz as pessoas chegarem aonde ninguém imaginou antes. Ela não brinca com o que é difícil ou impossível. Ela enxerga além do que é visível à maioria e, para conquistar seus objetivos, aplica àquilo que acredita que dará certo.
Outra competência em voga é a capacidade de gerenciar pessoas. Fale a verdade, você sabe que nem é preciso dar muita explicação sobre o porquê isso é tão relevante.
No mundo corporativo existem os mesmos perfis encontrados na sociedade em geral: há pessoas tóxicas, egoístas, agressivas, calmas, generosas e também as de fácil relacionamento. O desafio está em fazer todos esses profissionais se entenderem e apresentarem resultados positivos.
Ainda existem outras habilidades, como o pensamento crítico, ou seja, olhar a situação com a máxima isenção possível e interpretá-las, sem crenças ou preconceitos de qualquer tipo.
A capacidade de tomar decisões olhando o risco inerente, especialmente em momentos difíceis, também é algo a ser desenvolvido.

The world has never changed as fast as in recent years, and it leads to effective changes in the way we operate.
In addition to the technical knowledge to deal with the new technologies that appear every day, today there is the need to develop certain interpersonal skills to stand out in an increasingly high-tech reality.
In an environment where most people use technological resources efficiently, such professionals end up becoming very alike in terms of productivity and delivery of results.
Consequently, the solution ends up valuing the condition that everyone has since birth, but which is being forgotten.
It will be in evidence who invest in the development of human beings. That is what I am saying. Humanity and its characteristics are already being increasingly valued, as it can sense (and be able to realize what others feel), to act differently and thus find new solutions to long-standing problems.
Here are some skills that fit into this picture:
Creativity stands out because it breaks down barriers and makes people get where no one has ever imagined. It does not play with what is hard or impossible. It sees beyond what is perceptible to the majority and, to achieve its goals, applies to what it believes will work out.
Another competency in vogue is the ability to manage people. Tell the truth, you know you do not even have to give much explanation as to why this is so relevant.
In Business, there are similar profiles that are found in society and in general: there are toxic, selfish, aggressive, calm, generous people and those who are more easygoing.
The challenge is to make all these professionals understand each other and present positive results.
There are even other skills, such as critical thinking which means to look at the situation with the all-out imaginable freedom and interpret them, without beliefs or prejudices of any kind.
The ability to make decisions by looking at the inherent risk, especially in difficult times, is also something to be developed.

Source text - English Obligations of our technical committee
This edition constitutes a technical revision, and it includes the following significant technical modifications with respect to the previous “Certification Process of Aviation”.
The structure of this documentation has been organized to simplify the application of the standards and to make it easier for the users to find out any relevant information.
It is important to mention here that the language used in this documentation has been simplified, however following all the criteria set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
SectionS 174 AND 175 were revised in full. Basically, it describes the normative part in a more comprehensive manner.
The empirical methods for the evaluation of information are described in the normative part.
Some aspects have been added to the general requirements related to the complex systems.
An informative annex providing guidance on the fulfillment of specified requirements is found at the end of this material and it follows the decision from the technical committees about the preparation of standards in accordance with the principles stated on the “General Operation Manual”.
One of the obligations of our technical committee is, wherever applicable, to take over all the publications.
The contents of this section shall be specifically referred to or included in any eventual relevant publications.

Esta edição constitui uma revisão técnica, e inclui as seguintes modificações técnicas significativas em relação ao “Processo de Certificação de Aviação”.
A estrutura desta documentação foi organizada para simplificar a aplicação das normas e facilitar que os usuários encontrem qualquer informação relevante.
É importante mencionar aqui que a linguagem utilizada nesta documentação foi simplificada, porém respeitando todos os critérios estabelecidos pela Organização da Aviação Civil Internacional (OACI).
A seção 174 e 175 foram revisada na íntegra. Basicamente, descreve a parte normativa de uma forma mais abrangente.
Os métodos empíricos para avaliação das informações estão descritos na parte normativa.
Alguns aspectos foram adicionados aos requisitos gerais relacionados aos sistemas complexos.
Um anexo informativo que orienta sobre o cumprimento dos requisitos especificados encontra-se no final deste material e segue a decisão das comissões técnicas sobre a elaboração de normas de acordo com os princípios estabelecidos no “Manual de Operações Gerais”.
Uma das obrigações da nossa comissão técnica é, sempre que aplicável, responsabilizar-se por todas as publicações.
O conteúdo desta seção deve ser especificamente referido ou incluído em quaisquer eventuais publicações relevantes.
