2.4.4 Notes on particular types of hazard
2.4.4.1 Electrical power
Electrical equipment and parts must be inspected and checked in determined intervals. Any faults such as loose connections, fused cable, and so on, must be repaired immediately!
Only use original fuses with the prescribed current!
Shut machine down immediately whenever disturbances in the electrical power supply occur!
Where stated, the current must be switched off in machine and equipment parts before they undergo inspection, maintenance or repair work. Check that the disconnected parts are really dead, and cover over adjacent parts that are live.
Where work has to be performed on live parts, a second person must be present to operate the emergency off-switch or the main switch with voltage release in an emergency. The working area must be cordoned off with a red and white safety chain and a warning sign. Use only insulated tools!
2.4.4.2 Gas, dust, vapour and smoke
Welding and burning work may only be performed on the machine if this has been expressly agreed by Benteler!
Clean dust and combustible substances from the machine (fire risk!) before welding or burning, or shield the appropriate parts!
Ensure there is sufficient ventilation when welding and burning in the machine room! Use extraction equipment if necessary, ascertaining whether cleansed air is allowed to re -enter the working room, or whether it has to be piped to the outside!
This particularly applies to coated parts (e.g. rubber, plastics - toxic effects!)
2.4.4.3 Pneumatics
All pipes, hoses and screwed joints must be checked regularly for leaks and outwardly detectable damage! Repair any damage immediately!
Remove pressure from delivery pipes according to the subassembly description!
When replacing delivery pipes, ensure that they are fitted with permitted hose fittings, that the hose is of sufficient length, and that they are correctly laid and connected, and observe instructions on how to avoid confusing connections!
2.4.4.4 Noise
Noise-protection equipment on the machine must be in place during operation (otherwise the noise level is higher).
2.4.4.5 Chemical substances and oils
When using acids, lye and other solvents, chemical substances and oils, observe the safety rules stated on the packaging or in the operating or maintenance instructions!
Handle hot process materials with great care - risk of combustion!
2.6.2 Utilisation of the washing machine
The washing machine is designed for washing and drying of glass sheets. The machine is equipped with an operating panel which regulates the internal processes in the washer. The quality of washing and drying depends on the quality of the water fed to the washing machine.
2.6.3 Machine frame
The frame is divided into an inferior and a height adjustable superior part. The longitudinal machine beams consist of anodised aluminium system profiles such that the functional elements can be mounted as modules.
The frame is welded from steel profile, sand blasted, galvanized, coated with two layers of paint and screwed with extruded aluminium profiles.
The upper frame and the outlet funnel are made in corrosion-proof stainless steel and fitted with metal sheets for washing section separation. Easily removable glass sheets make the machine easily accessible and allow a visual control of the washing process.
2.6.4 Conveyor rollers
The conveyor rollers are protected against corrosion. They consist of seamless drawn tubes with stainless steel shaft ends. They are covered with a special NBR and EPDM cover. The rollers are covered with NBR cover on the start area of washing machine. In the exit area of the sections, the EPDM covers the roller completely. NBR is protected against the cutting oil. EPDM is the most appropriate material as it is non-ageing and extremely abrasion-proof which gives a height protection against abrasion markings on the glass. The conveyor rollers are borne in sealed rolling bearings with lifetime lubrication in galvanized pedestal bearing housings.
By means of sliding seal elements let-in into the collecting tank, the rollers can easily be lifted out of the conveyor without dismantling of drive elements and rolling bearings. This ensures extremely low expense of service and repair even after years as contamination and corrosion of the bearings are of no influence.
Sealing of the rollers towards the outside is ensured by Perbunan V-rings. Upper and lower part of the collecting tanks are sealed towards each other by a special edge sealing profile so that drive and bearing elements are not moistened by water spray.
2.6.5 Pressure rollers
The design of the pressure rollers is similar to the conveyor rollers, with the following differences:
Drive is effected by especially toothed Delrina wheel pairs with a stainless steel tensioning ring.
These wheels pairs are situated on the left side for conveyor and pressure rollers ensuring operation with low noise and low wear.
The pressure rollers are borne in special block bearings with plastic rolling bearings with stainless steel balls. This way of bearing enables the roller to move upwards in order to adapt to the glass thickness and wear resisting operation by water lubrication. Bearings can be easily replaced by lifting out the pressure rollers. In order to improve water separation to the subsequent section, the last pressure roller is fitted with a roofing plate for water deflection from above.
3 Information on the installation site
3.1 Space requirement for operation and maintenance
The space required for pulling out, the troughs refer to the machine installation diagram.
3.2 Permitted ambient influences
The machine may not be operated in an environment that could provoke an explosion. The installation site of the equipment has to be permanently free of frost.
The permitted values during the operation of the equipment are the following:
Ambient temperature between +5 to +35 oC
Relative atmospheric humidity between 30 % up to 95 %
Altitude level up to 1000 m amsl
3.3 Substratum, foundation
The machine is supplied in pre-assembled form. The foundations that have been prepared must be checked, ensuring that the surface of the foundation is smooth and absolutely horizontal.
3.3.1 Information on the machine referring to carrying capacity of foundation
Necessary carrying capacity of the foundation: 1.000 kg/m2
Area of the machine feet: 0,001 m2
Maximal lumped load per machine foot: 10000 N
3.4 Energy requirement: type, quality, quantity
Distribution voltages see chapter „Power consumption“.
Other voltages will be generated internally.
Please take the connected load for the control panel from the electric drawing.
3.5 Supply connections for operation and maintenance
3.5.1 Compressed air supply
The compressed air supply connection must be piped to the machine intake. The cross-section of the pipe must be at least R 1/2".
Pipe pressure must be at least 6 bars.
The dew point of compressed air must not exceed –10°C.
The dew point of compressed air must not exceed –20°C for all drilling spindles.
3.5.2 Water connection
The connection to the municipal water mains or to demineralised water must have a cross-section of R 1/2".
3.6 Disposal of waste
3.6.1 Disposal of sludge

6 Information on maintenance
6.1 Notes on safety measures to be taken by the user (operator) during maintenance
All maintenance procedures support safe operation of the machine and ensure that the product always has the same high quality.
It is therefore essential to perform them with care.
DANGER!
Danger of live power parts and moving parts
Before any maintenance work at the machine, switch off main circuit breaker and assure against unintended switching-on!
Some components have to be maintained according to the supplier's special maintenance instructions, as do motors, gears, pumps and guides. The supplier's operating instructions and spare parts lists should be referred to.
Inform operating personnel in good time of inspection, care, maintenance and repair work and of error-remedying work, with reference to the supervisor.
Perform switching-on and switching-off procedures according to the operating instructions and the notes on maintenance work during all work related to operation, production adjustment, the settings of the machine and its safety-related devices, and during inspection, maintenance and repair.
Where necessary, cordon off as large an area as possible round maintenance work.
If the machine is completely shut down during maintenance and repair work, it must be protected against unexpectedly being switched back on!
Lock the main controls and remove the key, and
fix a warning sign to the main switch.
When replacing individual components and larger subassemblies, attach them to lifting gear carefully and secure them. Only use perfectly functioning lifting gear! Do not stand or work under raised loads!
Assign only experienced persons to fix loads and instruct crane drivers! The person giving instructions must be in sight or hearing of the crane operator.
For assembly work above body height, use safely functioning handles, steps, platforms, scaffolding and ladders on the machine (otherwise there is a danger of slipping or falling!) When performing maintenance work at a greater height, wear a safety harness!
Keep all handles, steps, railings, platforms, scaffolding and ladders free of dirt, snow and ice!
At the start of maintenance work, remove oil, fuel or cleaning agents from the machine, particularly from connections and screws! Do not use aggressive cleaning agents! Only use cleaning cloths that are free of fluff!
If it is necessary to remove safety devices during setup, maintenance or repairs, they must be remounted immediately after the maintenance and repair work has been completed, and checked for correct functioning and effectiveness.
Do not use machine parts as climbing aids!
Use available work platforms!
Keep the adjustment, maintenance and inspection deadlines laid down in the operating instructions Only allow qualified personnel to perform these tasks!

2.4.4 Huomautukset erityisistä vaaratilanteista
2.4.4.1 Sähkö
Sähkölaitteet ja niiden osat tulee tarkastaa ja koestaa ilmoitetuin määräajoin. Kaikki viat kuten löysät liitokset, lauenneet sulakkeet johdoissa jne. tulee korjata välittömästi!
Käytä ainoastaan alkuperäisen vahvuista sulaketta, joka kestää vain tarkoitetun virran!
Sammuta kone välittömästi, jos sen virransyötössä on häiriöitä!
Koneen ja sen osien virta tulee tarvittaessa katkaista ohjeiden mukaisesti ennen kuin koneeseen tai sen osiin kosketaan tarkastuksen, huollon tai korjauksen yhteydessä. Varmista, että irrotetut osat todella ovat virrattomia ja peitä viereiset virralliset osat asianmukaisesti.
Jos on työskenneltävä virrallisten osien parissa, paikalla tulee olla toinen henkilö, joka pystyy hätätilanteessa tarvittaessa katkaisemaan virran hätäkatkaisimella tai jännitteensäätimellä varustetulla pääkytkimellä. Työskentelyalue tulee eristää punavalkoisella turvaketjulla ja varoituskyltillä. Käytä ainoastaan eristettyjä työkaluja!
2.4.4.2 Kaasu, pöly, höyry ja savu
Koneeseen saa tehdä hitsaus- ja polttotöitä ainoastaan siinä tapauksessa, että tästä on etukäteen erikseen sovittu Bentelerin kanssa!
Puhdista pöly ja palavat ainekset koneesta (tulipalon vaara!) ennen hitsaus- tai polttotyöhön ryhtymistä tai suojaa asianmukaiset osat!
Huolehdi konetilan riittävästä ilmastoinnista hitsaus- ja polttotöiden yhteydessä! Käytä asianmukaista laitteistoa, jolla voit selvittää, pääseekö puhdistettu ilma takaisin työtilaan vai täytyykö se ohjata työtilan ulkopuolelle!
Tämä pätee erityisesti pinnoitettuihin osiin (kumi, muovi – myrkkyvaikutukset!).
2.4.4.3 Pneumatiikka
Kaikki putket, letkut ja ruuviliitokset tulee tarkastaa säännöllisesti vuotojen ja ulkoisesti havaittavien vaurioiden varalta! Korjaa kaikki vauriot välittömästi!
Poista paine tuloputkista kyseisen osakokonaisuuden kuvauksen mukaisesti!
Tuloputkia korjattaessa on varmistuttava siitä, että niihin asennetut letkuliittimet ovat sallittuja, että letku on riittävän pitkä ja että ne on asennettu ja yhdistetty oikein. Noudata ohjeita, jotta vältyt tekemästä vääriä liitoksia!
2.4.4.4 Melu
Koneen melusuojauksen tulee olla konetta käytettäessä paikoillaan (muuten melutaso on korkeampi).
2.4.4.5 Kemialliset aineet ja öljyt
Käytettäessä happoja, lipeää ja muita liuottimia tai kemiallisia aineita ja öljyjä on noudatettava pakkauksessa tai käyttö- tai huolto-ohjeissa annettuja turvamääräyksiä!
Käsittele kuumaprosessissa tarvittavia materiaaleja varovasti – syttymisvaara!
2.6.2 Pesukoneen käyttö
Pesukone on suunniteltu lasiarkkien pesua ja kuivausta varten. Kone on varustettu ohjauspaneelilla (ohjausnäytöllä), jolla säädellään koneen toimintoja käytön aikana. Pesu- ja kuivaustuloksen laatu riippuu koneessa käytettävän veden laadusta.
2.6.3 Koneen runko
Koneen runko koostuu alaosasta ja korkeussäädöllä varustetusta yläosasta. Koneen pitkittäiset palkit ovat eloksoituja runkopalkkeja, joiden ansiosta koneen toiminnalliset osat voidaan kiinnittää runkoon moduuleina.
Koneen runko on hitsattu teräsprofiilista, hiekkapuhallettu, sinkitty ja pinnoitettu kahdella maalikerroksella sekä ruuvattu suulakepuristettuihin alumiiniprofiileihin.
Rungon yläosa ja poistosuppilo on tehty korroosionkestävästä ruostumattomasta teräksestä ja varustettu metallilevyillä, jotka erottavat pesuosan omaksi kokonaisuudekseen. Helposti irrotettavien lasilevyjen ansiosta koneeseen pääsee helposti käsiksi ja pesuprosessia voi vaivattomasti seurata.
2.6.4 Kuljetinrullat
Kuljetinrullat suojattu korroosiota vastaan. Rullat on tehty saumattomista vedetyistä putkista, ja niissä on ruostumattomat akselinpäät. Ne on pinnoitettu NBR- ja EPDM-kumikerroksilla. Pesukoneen alkupään rullat on pinnoitettu NBR-kerroksella. Kunkin alueen poistopään rulla on kokonaan EPDM-pinnoitteinen. NBR-pinnoite on suojattu öljyä vastaan. EPDM on sopivin materiaali suojaukseen, koska se ei ikäänny ja sen hankauskestävyys on erittäin hyvä, mikä antaa hyvän suojan lasiin muutoin mahdollisesti tulevia hankausjälkiä vastaan. Kuljetinrullat lepäävät umpilaakereilla, joissa on kestovoitelu ja joiden laakeripukit on tehty sinkitystä materiaalista.
Keräyssäiliöiden yhteydessä olevien liukuvien tiiviste-elementtien ansiosta rullat voidaan helposti poistaa kuljettimista ilman voimansiirron osien ja laakerien poistamista. Tämä takaa alhaiset huolto- ja korjauskustannukset vielä vuosienkin jälkeen, koska laakerit eivät merkittävässä määrin likaannu eivätkä joudu korroosiolle alttiiksi.
Rullat on tiivistetty ulospäin Perbunan V -tiivisterenkailla. Keräyssäiliöiden ala- ja yläosat on tiivistetty toisiaan vasten erityisellä reunatiivisteprofiililla, joka estää vesisuihkua kastelemasta voimansiirto- ja laakerielementtejä.
2.6.5 Painintelat
Painintelojen rakenne on samanlainen kuin kuljetinrullien lukuun ottamatta seuraavia eroja:
Käyttö hoidetaan erityisillä Delrina-hammaspyöräpareilla, joissa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu kiristysrengas. Nämä pyöräparit sijaitsevat kuljetinrullien ja painintelojen vasemmalla puolella, mikä takaa vähämeluisen käytön ja alhaisen kulumisasteen.
Painintelat lepäävät erityisten laakeripukkien varassa, joiden sisällä on muoviset, ruostumattomasta teräksestä tehdyillä kuulilla varustetut vierintälaakerit. Tämä antaa telalle mahdollisuuden liikkua ylöspäin, jolloin se voi mukautua lasin paksuuteen ja jolloin myös kulumista saadaan vähennettyä vesivoitelun avulla. Jotta vesi voidaan tehokkaammin erottaa pesukoneen seuraavasta vaiheesta, viimeinen painintela on varustettu yläpuolisella laipalla, joka ohjaa ylhäältä tulevan veden pois.
3 Asennuspaikkaa koskevia tietoja
3.1 Käytön ja huollon tilavaatimukset
Katso asennusohjeessa annettuja tilavaatimuksia kourujen ulosvetämiselle.
3.2 Sallitut ympäristöolosuhteet
Konetta ei saa käyttää räjähdysherkässä ympäristössä. Asennuspaikan lämpötilan on oltava pysyvästi nollan yläpuolella.

6 Pesukoneen huolto
6.1 Huollon aikana huomioon otettavia turvallisuusnäkökohtia
Koneen huolto tukee koneen turvallista käyttöä ja varmistaa sen, että kone pysyy laadultaan korkealuokkaisena. Tämän vuoksi on erittäin tärkeää, että koneen huollossa noudatetaan huolellisuutta.

Vaara: virrallisia ja liikkuvia osia!
Käännä aina pääsulake/virrankatkaisin pois päältä ennen huoltotoimenpiteiden aloittamista ja varmista, että virta ei voi tulla käännetyksi päälle vahingossakaan!
Joidenkin osien huollossa tulee noudattaa tavarantoimittajan antamia erityisiä huolto-ohjeita (esimerkiksi moottorit, hammaspyörät, pumput ja ohjaimet). Koneen huollon yhteydessä tulisi myös noudattaa tavarantoimittajan antamia käyttöohjeita ja käyttää tavarantoimittajan varaosaluetteloita.
Kerro koneen käyttäjille hyvissä ajoin tulevista tarkastuksista, huolloista, korjaustöistä ja vahinkoja estävistä työmenetelmistä huoltotyön valvojan ohjeiden mukaisesti.
Laita kone päälle ja päältä pois käyttöohjeiden mukaisesti. Noudata huollosta annettuja ohjeita ja määräyksiä kaikissa koneen käyttöön, tuotannon sääntelyyn ja koneen sekä sen turvalaitteiden asetusten tekemiseen liittyvissä asioissa tarkastus-, huolto- ja korjaustöiden aikana.
Rajaa huoltoimenpiteille tarvittava alue asianmukaisesti tarpeen mukaan köydellä tai ketjulla huoltotyön ajaksi.
Jos kone laitetaan kokonaan pois päältä huolto- ja korjaustoimenpiteiden vuoksi, on huolehdittava siitä, että konetta ei voida laittaa päälle vahingossakaan!
Lukitse pääohjaustaulu ja poista sen avain paikaltaan. Kiinnitä päävirtakytkimen viereen asianmukainen varoituskyltti.
Kun vaihdetaan yksittäisiä koneenosia ja suurempia osakokonaisuuksia, laita ne asianmukaisiin nostolaitteisiin ja kiinnitä ne huolellisesti. Käytä ainoastaan täysin kunnossa olevia nostolaitteita! Älä seiso tai työskentele nostettavien kuormien alla!
Anna ainoastaan kokeneiden henkilöiden kiinnittää kuormia ja ohjata nosturinkuljettajia! Ohjeita antavan henkilön tulee aina olla nosturinkuljettajan näkyvissä ja kuultavissa.
Käytä vartalonkorkeutta ylempänä tehtävissä asennustöissä turvallisia tartuntakahvoja, portaita, tasoja, telineitä ja tikkaita koneen parissa työskennellessäsi (muuten syntyy liukastumis- tai putoamisvaara)! Käytä korkeammalla tehtävissä huoltotöissä turvavaljaita!
Pidä kaikki kahvat, portaat, kaiteet, tasot, telineet ja tikkaat puhtaana liasta, lumesta ja jäästä!
Poista heti huoltotyötä aloitettaessa öljy, polttoaine ja puhdistusaineet koneesta, erityisesti liitännöistä ja ruuveista! Älä käytä voimakkaita puhdistusaineita! Käytä ainoastaan nukkaamattomia puhdistusliinoja!
Jos asennus-, huolto- tai korjaustöiden aikana joudutaan poistamaan turvalaitteita, ne on asennettava uudelleen paikoilleen heti, kun huolto- tai korjaustyö on saatu tehdyksi loppuun, ja turvalaitteiden oikea ja asianmukainen toiminta ja teho on tällöin tarkistettava.

Person 1 was a court clerk employed at Redbridge Magistrate's Court. Person 1 had for approximately a year accepted 500 pound from various traffic offenders in return for not adding the details of their traffic offences to the court's record. Person 1 was caught by a journalist who filmed Person 1's dealing after the journalist had received a tip off of Person 1's activities. Person 1 was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment in November 2011, this was reduced to 4 years on appeal.
Person 2 was prosecuted under UK Legislation for offering (as opposed to receiving) a bribe. He had failed a driving test with an Oldham Council licensing officer. Passing the test was necessary for Person 2 to obtain a taxi licence. Person 2 offered 200 pound which was later increased to 300 pound if the result of the test was changed to pass. The officer refused the bribe and the matter was reported to the police. In December 2012 Person 2 was sentenced to 2 months imprisonment, suspended for 12 months.
Person 3 was a masters student at the University of Bath. Person 3 had handed in an essay which he was awarded a 37% mark for. The pass mark was 40%. Person 3 offered 5,000 pound in cash to the professor in exchange for the professor increasing the mark to a pass mark. However, the professor refused the money. During the discussion between Person 3 and the professor, Person 3 dropped imitation firearm on the floor. Laki lahjonnasta 2010
Ison-Britannian Laki lahjonnasta 2010 mainitsee neljä keskeistä rikosta, jotka ovat olennaisia SSP:n lahjonnantorjuntaperiaatteiden kannalta ja joita koskevia säädöksiä sovelletaan kaikkiin SSP:n työntekijöihin asemamaasta riippumatta.

Esimerkki: juoman ja leivonnaisen tarjoaminen päivittäin rautatieaseman työntekijälle, jotta tämä antaisi kulkulupia henkilöille, jotka eivät ole vielä suorittaneet turvallisuuskoulutustaan loppuun.

Henkilö 1 toimi oikeuden kirjurina Redbridgen käräjäoikeudessa. Henkilö 1 oli noin vuoden kuluessa ottanut vastaan 500 puntaa liikennerikkomuksiin syyllistyneiltä ja vastapalvelukseksi jättänyt tallentamatta tiedot kyseisistä liikennerikkomuksista oikeuden asiakirjoihin. Henkilö 1 paljastui, kun journalisti, joka oli saanut vihjeen Henkilö 1:n toiminnasta, tallensi Henkilö 1:n menettelyn kuvanauhalle. Henkilö 1 tuomittiin kuudeksi vuodeksi vankeuteen marraskuussa 2011. Valituksen jälkeen tuomio alennettiin neljään vuoteen.
Henkilöä 2 syytettiin Ison-Britannian lain nojalla lahjuksen tarjoamisesta (ei siis vastaanottamisesta). Hän ei ollut läpäissyt Oldhamin kaupungin virkamiehen vastaanottamaa ajokoetta. Henkilön 2 oli läpäistävä ajokoe, jotta hän saisi hakemansa taksiluvan. Henkilö 2 tarjosi 200 puntaa, mikä summa myöhemmin korotettiin 300 puntaan, jos kokeen tulos muutettaisiin hyväksytyksi. Virkamies kieltäytyi lahjuksesta ja asiasta tehtiin ilmoitus poliisille. Henkilö 2 tuomittiin joulukuussa 2012 kahden kuukauden vankeuteen 12 kuukauden koeajalla.
Henkilö 3 oli maisteriopintoja suorittava opiskelija Bathin yliopistossa. Henkilö 3 oli jättänyt professorilleen esseen, josta hän sai 37% maksimipisteistä. Hyväksymisraja oli 40%. Henkilö 3 tarjosi professorille 5000 puntaa käteisenä, jos tämä korottaisi arvosanan hyväksymisrajalle. Professori kuitenkin kieltäytyi rahasta. Henkilön 3 ja professorin keskustellessa asiasta Henkilö 3 pudotti lattialle asejäljitelmän. Henkilö 3 tuomittiin huhtikuussa 2013 vankeuteen 12 kuukaudeksi (sekä lahjonnan yrityksestä että asejäljitelmän hallussapidosta). Lisäksi Henkilö 3 tuomittiin maksamaan 4800 punnan oikeudenkäyntikulut.

Lahjontasyytökset vahingoittaisivat myös omaa mainettasi, minkä seurauksena uuden työpaikan löytäminen vaikeutuisi.
