I am a professional translator (English into French and vice versa) holding a Maîtrise Degree in English studies, a Master-CAPES in English teaching and a Canadian diploma in Translation an ensuring high quality and timely delivered translation works. I have been working as translator for more than fifteen years in a variety of fields including Law & Human rights, International relations & Diplomacy, Banking, Accounting & Finance, Education, Human security, Child & youth care, Health system & Health care, Agriculture, Livestock & fisheries, Food security, Biosafety & Biosecurity, Pesticide regulation & registration, Civil Engineering, Geodesy, Topography, etc.
In addition, I am a teacher of English and involved in the training and capacity building of business administrations and staffs to improve their use of the English language.
To date, I have translated for some international organizations, NGOs and companies including: SOS Children’s Villages International WCAF, OSIWA, CDD West Africa, BOA Services, ICRISAT WCA, ILRI-Mali, EPAC Benin, etc. I also collaborated with some fellow translators and interpreters on many projects with institutions such as AOPP-Mali, INSAH/CSP, IRPAD-Afrique and AMBIOS-Mali.
I am a member of ANITEB, the Association of Benin Translators and Interpreters) and have sound ability in using computer some softwares and some CATs while fulfilling the work.
