Master’s graduate in
Foreign Languages. I am a freelance translator with 4 years of experience in
the translation/MTPE/proofreading field. I translate from English/German into
Italian and can work on texts of different domains (Technical, Medical,
Manufacturing, Marketing, etc.). I am also specialised in Patent translation. I
am very competent in the use of the CAT tools like “SDL Trados”, “MemoQ” and “Memsource”
and I use the QA software "Xbench". I can also work on subtitling
translation and transcription: I work using "Aegisub".

Something about myself:
I am passionate about Videogames. As such I would like to work in the Videogame
Localisation field. I have also taken a Videogames Translation Specialisation
course at Vigamus Academy. But I still haven't started to work in this field
yet. I am also passionate about Anime and Manga, which has brought me to study
Japanese. I am still a beginner Japanese speaker, but I am working on improving
my Japanese language skills, so that I can add this language to my professional
portfolio.
