Bio
I have a passion for languages and translation.
I hold a BA degree as a Technical, Scientific and Literary Translator, and a Postgraduate Certificate in English Translation (Universidad Nacional de Rosario). I am also a NAATI-certified Translator and a NZSTI Full Translator Member.
Born and raised in Argentina, I have a lifetime of experience with Spanish language, its slang and colloquialisms, but I have also studied Spanish grammar formally for several years, acquiring a deeper knowledge of my native tongue.
As for English, I have advanced proficiency and a thorough understanding of English grammar and structure, since I have studied this language for many years and I am currently living in New Zealand.
My extensive experience translating various types of documents from English into Spanish and vice versa includes translations of academic, business and personal documents, ranging from general through technical to medical in content.
Furthermore, I enjoy the flexibility and challenges of freelance work. Nonetheless, I am conscious of deadlines and work efficiently to maintain quality standards in my work output.
