The price of the Products shall be as stated in the Seller’s Confirmation of Order. All prices are Ex Works and exclusive of VAT, which shall be added at the rate in force at the time of invoicing. If before delivery of any of the Products there is any change to the quoted price which is due to reasons beyond the control of the Seller, such as an increase in the cost of raw materials, the Seller reserves the right to adjust reasonably the contract price accordingly.
In the event of any change of an order by the Buyer, any price quoted by the Seller may be adjusted accordingly.
In the event of the order being cancelled after the Seller has commenced work on the order, the Buyer shall be liable to the Seller for all expenses and costs incurred in addition to loss of profit incurred as a result.

Todos los precios son Ex Works y sin IVA, el cual deberá ser añadido a la tarifa en vigor en el momento de realizar la factura. Si antes de que se envíen estos Productos hay un cambio en el precio acordado debido a razones que están fuera del control del Vendedor, como un incremento de las materias primas, el Vendedor se reserva el derecho de ajustar el precio de estos productos de conformidad.

Considering that, in agreement with the chapter 5.2 of the in force Town Planning Laws on Andalucía (LOUA), the administrations can sign urban covenants with private individuals with the purpose of establishing the collaborating terms for the better and the most efficient developments of the planning activities of the municipality.
2. Considering that, according to LOUA, Articles 30 and 95, the local administrations has the power to sign covenants with public or private entities, which will determine the urban conditions to be included in future planning, all bearing into account the public interests.
3. Considering that, according to LOUA, Articles 30 and 95, the identification of grantors and their site limits, the time and objective of the project, as well as the administration publications after signed terms, according to the law on article 41.3 are minimum requisitions of the contractual approval agreement.

2. Según los artículos 30 y 95 de la LOUA, la Administración Local tiene la capacidad de firmar contratos con entidades públicas y privadas, que determinarán las condiciones urbanísticas que se incluirán en el futuro plan, teniendo siempre en cuenta los intereses públicos.
3. Según el artículo 41.3 de la LOUA son requisitos mínimos para la aprobación del contrato: la identificación de los otorgantes y su situación geográfica, la duración y el objetivo del proyecto, así como las publicación en el boletín oficial correspondiente después de la firma de las condiciones de acuerdo con los artículos 30 y 95.

Fue esta una fértil relación que dio unos frutos insospechados: el binomio Washington Irving y a la Alhambra. No se pretende vincular a uno con el otro, pero resulta imposible hablar de Irving sin que aparezca la figura del palacio Nazarí. Irving no sería quien es sin Cuentos de la Alhambra. Y nadie ha narrado las bellezas de la fortaleza árabe como el escritor norteamericano. Estamos pues ante un nexo que ha perdurado más de ciento ochenta años. Todo vínculo se basa en la confianza y el conocimiento pleno, y aquí nos surge la pregunta ¿qué sabemos de este inquieto americano?

It was a rich relationship which gave unforeseen fruits: the couple Washington Irving and the Alhambra. Although we cannot link each other, it is impossible to talk about Irving without appearing the figure of the Nazari Palace. Irving would not be who he is without his book The Alhambra. And nobody has related the beauties of this Arab fortress like the American writer. We are before a link which has remained more than one hundred and eighty years.
