Hi Anne, Kathryn

Thank you again for your interest to this powwow. I am really looking forward to this get-together.

My thought is that we should have some time for a good conversation, and yes have a good fun and spend your weekend well.

Is afternoon time OK?

I have some ideas for the venue. Please let me know which would be the best for you, and which (if any) you definitely don't want.
Or, if you have anything else in mind - please suggest!!

I am intending to confirm the bookings in the end of August, but suggest that we decide earlier. So far the choices:-

It is amazing in nowadays, no words should be said, all you need to do is to send a web-link. However No's 2 & 3 are located in the town. No 1 is located next to the airport - really near Hamilton (on the way to Cambridge);

No 4 - is 15 min off Hamilton, if you are like horseriding, or want to try. There is a lodge nearby, where we can have lunch. Or, we can drive back to town.
5 - If you do like the Hamilton exotics :-) and we can carry on in one of the cafes in town.

I have been to all these places, and can recommend 1,2,3,5. No 4 - I will go next Sunday for a test :-)

And, if we need to organise anything about these events, such as driving around, leaving the car or any other arrangements - we will sort it out; pls email me.

Also, are you bringing your partners? (Please, very welcome).
