Hi
Can you please help me find how many duplicates I have in this file ?

Repetitions and fuzzy matches
Feb 2, 2017
Hi Louis,
The line 'repetitions' is the number of words in repeated segments (ie. segments which appear more than once in your file). These translations do not come from the TM but are new text. Once you have translated the first occurrence of such a segment, your translation will be 'autopropagated' (copied) into all further instances of that segment.

Hi Louis,
The line 'repetitions' is the number of words in repeated segments (ie. segments which appear more than once in your file). These translations do not come from the TM but are new text. Once you have translated the first occurrence of such a segment, your translation will be 'autopropagated' (copied) into all further instances of that segment.
The line "répétitions entre fichiers" is zero in your case because you only have one file. This line is for repetitions across several files (ie. what I described above but across many files).
Then the next lines with the percentages are the fuzzy matches from the TM (ie. a similar translation exists in your TM).
The last two lines under the heading "Interne" are fuzzy matches which are not from your TM, but within the new text in your file. This is similar to the repetitions but the segments are not quite identical. Once you have translated the first instance of one of those segments, the similar segments further down the file will be marked as fuzzy match which means you can almost re-use the same translation again but might have to make minor (or not so minor) adaptations.
