Translation - English Abstract Celastrol (Cel) causes an obvious inhibition effect toward the forward motility (FM), capacitation (Cap), acrosome reaction (AR), and the sperm penetration assay (SPA) of the guinea pig sperm. The effect increases with the dose. And these activities’ level of sensitivity to Cel can be sorted in the order of Cap>FM>SPA>AR. Cel has a significantly stronger inhibition effect than gossypol acetate (GA) on Guinea pig sperm AR, FM and Cap.

The glycoside of the thunder duke vine (Tripterygium Wilfordii, TW) has an obvious anti-fertility effect on male laboratory mouse and rattus norvegicus. Celastrol (Cel) is a new compound extracted from TW by the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy. However, whether it contains anti-fertility effects was not yet reported. This paper examines the effect of Cel have on sperm FM, Cap, AR, SPA, and compares it with the effect of gossypol acetate (GA) on sperm FM and Cap.

Translation - English I think their marketing strategy can be a little more aggressive because their current system has an intermediate state where the wafer level has a locked amount. This determines the amount of wafer that can be released for the next business level, determining the final market supply. Now, it seems that the number of wafers released is relatively conservative.
