German term

LIC

German to English Medical Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng Lab tests
I'm translating a series of lab tests, and these two values appear:

LIC # Ref. range: 0.00 - 0.30 10E9/L
LIC % Ref. range: 0.0 - 2.0 %

I'm not sure if this is something easy and I'm not seeing it, but I'd appreciate any help!

Then show the actual context! You're inadvertently withholding potentially helpful info.
Jessica Klingberg (asker) Mar 14:
Hi Cillian, the two "Ref. Range" were mine. There is no header to that particular column, it's just clear that those are the reference ranges.
Cilian O'Tuama Mar 14:
It's also unlikely to be German because of 2x "Ref. range", don't you think? Or is that your translation? If so, what does the original say?
Marion Linssen Mar 13:
LIC means Limiting Isorrheic Concentration https://www.medizinische-abkuerzungen.de/suche.html

I think this could be a fit, please check.
Arne Krueger Mar 13:
Yes, there is a table in my link that looks almost identical to your values; even indicated with # and % as well.
Jessica Klingberg (asker) Mar 13:
No, the values for liver iron content do not match at all. The values for large immature cells (in the link from Arne below) are a much better match, however. This is probably my answer but I'll give it another day.
philgoddard Mar 13:
I think it's unlikely to be German because of the C.
Jessica Klingberg (asker) Mar 13:
Hi Phil, my lab report is in German. The value appears as LIC - the abbreviation could be in German or in English, but I don't know what it stands for - hence my inquiry.
philgoddard Mar 13:
This isn't German - did you mean to classify it as English to English?

Maybe this is it. But no clue about your present lab test and what it tests against. The values listed in your text certainly suggest it.

agree uyuni : Likely! At least it fits the context of a very detailed blood count...

Thank you Kartik, but the reference ranges do not match.
