Das unterschiedliche Fließverhalten viskoser Beschichtungsstoffe wird als Rheologie bezeichnet. Das Fließverhalten, auch Viskosität genannt, kann z.B. im DIN-Auslaufbecher oder im Rheometer bestimmt werden.
