Bir müşterimden İzmir İl Göç İdaresinde kendisi için sözlü çeviri yapmam yönünde talep geldi. Noter yeminli tercümanım. Sorum şudur: İl Göç İdaresinin kendi kadrolu tercümanları var mı acaba? Noter yeminli tercümanı kabul ederler mi ya da bu tür daireler mahkeme yemini mi (bilirkişi) ister?

2014 yılında orada sözlü çeviri yapmıştım. O zaman sadece noter yeminliydim, müşteriyle birlikte gitmiştik. Kendi tercümanlarının olduğunu hiç zannetmiyorum.
2018-2019 gibi tapuda bir sözlü çeviriye gitmiştim sırf noter yeminiyle, o zaman mahkeme yeminim olmadığı için kabul etmemişlerdi..
Eğer mahkeme yemininiz varsa sıkıntı çekmezsiniz.
