Deutsch > Englisch Sonstige Textilien/Kleidung/Mode Dressmaking

This is one of a long list of items on a price list, most of which I have been able to find and verify. I'm not sure about this one - it may be sufficient to put dressmaker's paper, or is it the lining material used by dressmakers? I've found several items beginning with "Vlies-" but not yet "Vliespapier", can anyone help?
