VIOLA
The Los Angeles Wedding Exhibition. The largest and most important annual wedding exhibition in Los Angeles. Anyone who is anyone in the industry is there and anyone who wants to be someone in the industry should be there.
It’s the first year I’ve been able to rent a booth. My initial doubts about whether I can justify the cost and whether I’ll recover the investment from a brand awareness and income perspective remain to be seen. So far, it would appear that renting a booth was the right thing to do. I have had plenty of customers’ register with me for follow-up appointments and even a few confirmed bookings on the spot. All told, I’m on top of the world.
Then I see her. My role model in the industry. Christine Jackson. She is the number one in the industry. I have admired her from afar for so long. While we are competitors, I hold her in the highest regard. There’s room enough for both of us and then some in the industry. I’ve never met her though but today, at last, I see her in the flesh.
She is as beautiful as the photos I have seen of her. Her long, straight blonde hair is perfect and seems to be magically held in place. Her voice is welcoming and soothing and her emerald green eyes sparkle. She wears a smart suit that accentuates her figure in all the right places. It has the effect of creating a professional image as opposed to a sexy one, depending on who she’s talking to. I’m sure men want to talk to her for the reason that she is so sexy while their wives talk to her because she looks so professional and confident. It’s a no-brainer for a husband and wife to agree on using her for their children’s wedding or for a couple to agree to use her for their wedding even if they have different reasons for being convinced to use her.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t mean to stereotype, and not everyone will fall for the trick but there is a reason why dressing sexy is one of the oldest tricks in the book to getting attention. It works.
Mentally, I take a page out of her book as I study myself surreptitiously in the mirror of the booth opposite mine. I might not be dressed as sexy as Christine but I’m not doing badly at all businesswise. So maybe I don’t need to dress like her and I just need to keep doing what I’m doing. I’m surprised by a voice behind me.
“Are you Viola?”
I turn around hastily blushing at having been caught studying myself in the mirror. It’s Christine and I blush even more just because it’s her. I recover quickly and nod.
“Yes. I am. You are Christine Jackson.” I offer my hand but she ignores it.
“Everyone knows me,” she smiles.
“You have no idea. I’ve been a fan of yours ever since I started in the industry. You’re my role model.”
“Really?” Christine’s eyes flash as she takes in my remark. “I’m happy to hear that. I had no idea that someone like you was just a follower.”
I’m fawning over Christine like a school girl when her first crush notices her for the first time. Before I can say anything more my assistant, Jessica catches my attention. I look at her and she holds up her mobile phone and indicates that someone wants to talk to me.
“Um… excuse me for a moment,” I say. I cross to Jessica who takes me by the arm and turns away from Christine.
“Who’s on the phone?”
“No-one,” she whispers. “but take my advice. Pretend there’s someone on the phone and walk away right now. Come back when she’s gone.”
I look at her quizzically but her expression tells me she’s in charge and furious. I take the phone and press it to my ear. I start a fake conversation with no one and walk away.
Jessica steps up to Christine. “I’m so sorry. Viola had to take that call. Another booking.”
Christine nods and smiles. She extends her hand, “No problem. And you are?”
Jessica ignores Christine’s hand just as Christine ignored mine. “Jessica. Can I help you?”
“You are,” Christine smiles as she picks up one of our brochures. “I just came to see your booth to make sure I’m not making any amateur mistakes.”		Translation - Vietnamese

Đây là năm đầu tiên tôi thuê được một quầy. Ban đầu tôi không chắc rằng mình có thể điều chỉnh chi phí và thu hồi lại khoản đầu tư cho nhận diện thương hiệu, còn chờ xem triển vọng thu nhập như thế nào. PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROL

A programmable logic controller (PLC) or programmable controller is a digital computer used for automation of electromechanical processes, such as control of machinery on factory assembly lines, amusement rides, or light fixtures. PLCs are used in many industries and machines. Unlike general-purpose computers, the PLC is designed for multiple inputs and output arrangements, extended temperature ranges, immunity to electrical noise, and resistance to vibration and impact. Programs to control machine operation are typically stored in battery-backed-up or non-volatile memory. A PLC is an example of a hard real time system since output results must be produced in response to input conditions within a limited time, otherwise unintended operation will result.

For Danang International Airport Project, it is used SIEMENS PLC, IM 151-8 as a CPU, IM 151-3 as Remote Input/Output (RIO) Module and IM 151-1 as a High Level Interface RIO.		Translation - Vietnamese

Bộ điều khiển PLC được sử dụng trong rất nhiều ngành công nghiệp và máy móc. Không giống như máy tính thông thường, thiết kế của PLC giúp bố trí được nhiều đầu vào/đầu ra, nhiều vùng nhiệt độ mở rộng, khả năng miễn dịch với tiếng ồn từ thiết bị điện và khả năng chống các rung động hay tác động mạnh. 1. Tổng quan:
Hệ thống xử lý nước thải mới của Nhà máy bia Heineken Đà Nẵng (HVB Danang) khi đi vào hoạt động sẽ phát sinh mùi gây ảnh hưởng đến môi trường xung quanh, do dó để giải quyết vấn đề trên, một hệ thống xử lý mùi cần được lắp đặt tại đây.
Nhà thầu ICTI chúng tôi hân hạnh được báo giá hệ thống xử lý mùi theo yêu cầu của Quý công ty, cụ thể như sau:
2. Phạm vi cung cấp của nhà thầu:
a. Bao che và thu gom khí gây mùi tại các bể:
+ Hố bơm đầu vào
+ Bể căng bằng
+ Bể Calamity
+ 2 bể UASB + mương nước chảy đến bể hiếu khí (Phần thiếu khí)
+ Bể nén bùn
b. Chế tạo và lắp đặt hệ thống xử lý mùi:
+ Cung cấp thiết bị và đường ống thu gom khí gây mùi tại các bể phát sinh mùi: hệ thống thu gom tại hố bơm nước thải đầu vào; bể cân bằng; bể sự cố; các bể UASB, bể thiếu khí (đầu ra sau bể UASB) và mương nước thải đến bể hiếu khí; bể nén bùn.
+ Cụm xử lý mùi chính bao gồm cụm bể lọc bằng dung dịch NAOH, cụm bể lọc bằng dung dịch EM. Theo yêu cầu của Quý công ty, cụm lọc than hoạt tính được chào.
3. Thuyết minh hệ thống khử mùi:
Trong quá trình xử lý nước thải, tại các bể không được cấp oxy sẽ diễn ra quá trình lên men yếm khí tạo sản phẩm chính là Metan (CH4), ngoài ra, trong quá trình bán phân huỷ chất hữu cơ tạo ra các sản phẩm gây mùi hôi thối như: NH3, H2S, indol, scatol...
Để giảm thiểu sự phát tán lượng khí gây mùi này, tại các bể phát sinh mùi sẽ được đậy kín, thu gom khí gây mùi nhờ hệ thống quạt hút và đưa về hệ thống xử lý mùi. Sau nhiều năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế và thi công các hệ thống khử mùi cho trạm xử lý nước thải nhà máy Bia có tính chất tương tự, nhà thầu ICTI chúng tôi đã xin được đề xuất hệ thống xử lý mùi cho HTXLNT của nhà máy Bia Heineiken Đà nẵng như sau:

1. Overview:
The fact that the new Wastewater Treatment Plant of Heineken Vietnam Brewery Danang (HVB Danang) coming into use will cause bad odors which affect the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is required a Deodorization System to resolve this issue.
Based on the foregoing, ICTI would like to provide a proposal for deodorization system as per your requirements.
2. Scope of Work:
a) Cover and Gas Collection
+ Influent pump pit (IPP)
+ Equalization tank (EQ tank)
+ Calamity tank (CAL tank)
+ 02 UASB tanks + drainage gutter to aeration tank
+ Sludge thickener
b) Fabricating and Installation of Deodorization System:
+ Supply of equipment and gas collection piping at tanks that generate bad odors: collection piping at the influent pump pit; equalization tank; calamity tank, UASB tanks, aeration tank (outlet after UASB tanks) and drainage gutter to aeration tank; sludge thickener.
+ The main deodorization system includes NaOH filter tank and EM filter tank. According to your request, we would like to offer a coal filter tank as another option.
3. Description of Deodorization System:
During wastewater treatment process, tanks without oxygen supply will result in anaerobic process which generate methane (CH4) and besides, decomposition of organic substances will cause malodorous substances such as NH3, H2S, indole, scatol, etc.
In order to reduce the spread of odorous gas, tanks must be covered completely and the gas must be exhausted by fans and sent to the deodorization system.
With many years of experience in this industry, ICTI would be pleased to present the Deodorization system for HVB Danang as follows.
