English to Indonesian: How did the Spanish flu end? Is it the vaccine or did it disappear by itself?
Source text - English
Great!
Why is the Spanish flu now not heard again even in this era. Spanish flu itself is a pandemic that is quite frightening in the last century. With a range from January 1918 to December 1920, this case successfully infected 500 million people worldwide, or the equivalent of a quarter of the world's population at that time. Pandemic is long enough compared to Corona right? Until now, we don't even know when the Corona curve began to decline.
First, the point we need to get is that the Spanish flu is caused by a virus. Where we ourselves know, as long as the virus does not attack CD4, then the body's immunity will be able to kill it with a certain time span. Can the virus heal by itself? Of course not.
Spanish flu caused by a virus certainly provides antibodies to fight the virus in people who have survived. Although at that time there was no effective treatment for the handling of the Spanish flu, at least God gave some survivors. Now this survivor gets immunity (memory antibodies) which store how to fight the virus. A pandemic cycle is like a curve. There must be an increased phase, and a decreased phase as long as a person who has survived a pandemic has been found (except for HIV, which until now there is no treatment that makes the patient recover). How does herd immunity work?
With more and more people getting herd immunity, there are certainly more people protected from this Spanish flu. This immunity was passed on from generation to generation, so this pandemic is often said to be the forgotten pandemic.
So, if the Spanish flu at that time could be handled properly with medical technology that was not as advanced as now, I'm sure we can get through this Corona pandemic.

EPIC!
Of course not.
