William is right that "Prokurist" as a title is not really translateable.
The definition is a person with powers of procuration, which does not lend itself to a title.
The workaround is either:
a) that you leave the title as is (not reallt good for a visitng card IMO), or
b) use my suggestion above. "Authorised Representative" is a person empowered by a company to represent it. The extent of representation powers is not defined by this. Procuration in itself also does not define the extent of represetnation, because in Germany that is a registration procedure at thr Trade Registry, where the exact pers of the rokurist are delimited.

Note that there can be only ONE company secretary in the UK. There can be a few Prokuristen. So to the reverse question: company secretary = approx. Einzelprokurist.
