(1) With regard to our deliveries, the place of shipment shall be the place of delivery. Any associated additional costs, which are incurred in the event of any subsequent alterations to the destination at the request of the Purchaser, shall be borne by the Purchaser. The shipment risk shall in all cases be transferred to the Purchaser when the goods are made available at the place of shipment, even insofar as we bear the costs of shipment as a result of a special agreement. Transport insurance, in particular for the shipment of dangerous goods, shall be taken out only at the request and for the account of the Purchaser.
(2) Circumstances which are beyond our control, e.g. events of force majeure, industrial action, traffic disturbances and delays, lack of transport, raw or auxiliary materials or supplies and breakdowns of any kind in our own company or enterprises connected with performance, as well as obstacles created by administrative orders, which hinder delivery, shall lead to an extension to the agreed delivery date by the duration of the disturbance concerned.
(3) Claims for compensation shall be restricted to delivery delays caused by intentional or gross negligence; unless the punctuality of the delivery has been exceptionally agreed as a major contractual obligation.
§ 4 Acceptance
(1) The Purchaser shall be obliged to accept the goods purchased within the agreed delivery period. Should the Purchaser not fulfil his obligation to accept the goods within the agreed delivery period, then we shall be entitled to store the quantity of goods affected at the expense and at the risk of the Purchaser, without a future deadline being required.
(2) Costs and damage, in particular additional transport costs, which arise as a result of unauthorised non-acceptance of our delivery, shall be borne by the Purchaser who refused acceptance, insofar as we are not responsible for the latter as a result of gross negligence or intent.
§ 5 Guarantee
The guarantee claims of the Purchaser as a result of material defects shall be subject to the latter having duly followed the obligations regarding investigation and complaint provided for in §§ 377, 378 German Commercial Code. We shall be notified of any deficiencies in writing. The costs of any examination, e.g. for analysis, shall be borne by the party for whom the outcome is disadvantageous. In the event of justified and orderly notice of defects, we shall be obliged to exchange the goods, or if this is not possible, to take the goods back and reimburse the purchase price. The notice of defects shall contain only the goods about which the complaint is being made, without affecting the acceptance obligation of the Purchaser regarding the remaining quantity in the contract. The goods, which have been complained about, may be sent back only with the express agreement of the Vendor and only to the address given by him.

(2) Издержки и причиненный ущерб, в особенности дополнительные транспортные издержки, которые возникли в результате неправомерной неприемки поставленных нами товаров, покрываются Покупателем, отказавшимся принять товар, за исключением случаев, когда подобное произошло вследствие нашей грубой небрежности или умысла.
§ 5 Гарантия
В случае поступления от Покупателя гарантийных требований по поводу существенных недостатков товара последние должны быть подкреплены фактами должного выполнения обязательств Покупателя относительно проверки и претензий, приведенных в §§ 377, 378 Германского Торгового Уложения. Мы должны быть извещены обо всех обнаруженных недостатках в письменной форме. Возмещение стоимости любой проверки, например, в целях анализа недостатков, должно быть возложено на сторону, которой не выгоден полученный результат проверки. В случае обоснованного и надлежаще оформленного извещения о дефектах мы обязуемся произвести обмен товаров, или, в случае, если это невозможно, забрать товары обратно и возместить цену покупки. Извещение о дефектах должно указывать только те товары, в отношении которых выставляется претензия, и не должно затрагивать обязательство Покупателя по принятию оставшейся части товаров. Section 2.01. Representations Regarding the Parties
Each of the Sponsors and the Company represents and warrants that it is duly organised and validly existing and, if applicable, in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is organised and is registered, to the extent required by applicable law, with all relevant registration bodies in any jurisdiction in which it carries on business or owns assets, and has full power to own the properties which it owns or will own (whether or not related to the Project) for purposes of the Agreement and to carry out the businesses which it carries out or will carry out (whether or not related to the Project).
Section 2.02. Representations Regarding the Agreement
Each of the Sponsors and the Company represents and warrants as follows:
(a) Corporate Power. It has the corporate power to enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement, the Merger Agreement and any Financing Agreement and Project Agreement to which it is a party.
(b) Due Authorisation; Enforceability; No Conflict. This Agreement and the Merger Agreement have been duly authorised by it. This Agreement and the Merger Agreement has been duly executed by it and constitute valid and legally binding obligations of it, enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. The making of this Agreement and the Merger Agreement to which it is a party and the compliance with the terms thereof:
(i) will not result in violation of its Charter or any provision contained in any law applicable to it;
(ii) will not conflict with or result in the breach of any provision of, or require any consent under, or result in the imposition of any Lien under, any agreement or instrument to which it is a party or by which it or any of its assets is bound; and
(iii) will not constitute a default or an event which, with the giving of notice, the passage of time or the making of any determination, or any combination thereof, would constitute a default under any such agreement or instrument.
(c) Governmental Authorisations. No Authorisations from any Governmental Authority are required for (i) the due execution, delivery or performance by the Sponsors or the Company of this Agreement or the Merger Agreement, or the validity or enforceability thereof; or (ii) the due execution and delivery or performance by Sponsors or the Company of this Agreement or the Merger Agreement, or the validity or enforceability thereof; (iii) the carrying out of the Project or the carrying on of the business of the Company as it is carried on or is contemplated to be carried on except solely for this sub-clause (iii) for those Authorisations, which are not necessary at the time this representation is made (or repeated) and which are of a routine or minor nature and are customarily granted in due course after timely application, or which need only be obtained as the Project progresses or after construction is completed and in respect of which the Company is not aware of any reason for it being unable to obtain in due course such Authorisation.
(d) Project Agreements. The Project Agreements are in full force and effect without modification from the form referred to in Section 1.01 (Definitions) of the Subscription Agreement and will remain in place without modification following the merger between the Company and OOO “XYZ”. There has occurred no breach, and no event which with the giving of notice, the passage of time or the making of any determination, or any combination thereof, would constitute a breach, of any of the Financing Agreements or Project Agreements.
(e) Taxes. There is no Tax of any Governmental Authority to be imposed on or by virtue of the execution, delivery or performance of this Agreement or the Merger Agreement or any transaction contemplated thereby to ensure the legality, validity, enforceability or admissibility in evidence thereof in the Russian Federation, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Netherlands or the Czech Republic.

Каждый из Партнеров, а также Общество, заверяет и гарантирует следующее:
(а) Права юридического лица. Каждый из Партнеров, а также Общество обладают правомочиями на заключение настоящего Договора, Договора о присоединении, любого Соглашения о финансировании и Проектного соглашения, стороной которых они являются, а также исполнять свои обязательства по каждому из этих договоров.
(b) Надлежащее подтверждение. Возможность принудительного исполнения. Отсутствие конфликтов. Настоящий Договор и Договор о присоединении были надлежащим образом утверждены этой стороной. Настоящий Договор и Договор о присоединении были надлежащим образом оформлены этой стороной и устанавливают для данного Партнера или Общества юридически действительные и обязательные обязательства, которые могут быть принудительно исполнены в соответствии с условиями этих документов. Не требуется получение никаких Разрешений государственных органов для: (i) надлежащего исполнения данного Договора Партнерами или Обществом, а также его действительности и исковой силы; либо (ii) надлежащего исполнения Договора о присоединении Партнерами или Обществом, а также его действительности и исковой силы; (iii) осуществления Проекта или ведения бизнеса Общества в том виде, в котором он осуществляется или будет осуществляться, за исключением – только для целей настоящего подраздела (iii) – тех Разрешений, получение которых не является необходимым на момент дачи настоящего заверения и которые выдаются в процессе обычной деятельности или имеют незначительный характер и при своевременной подаче документов обычно выдаются в установленный срок, или которые будут необходимы только по мере реализации Проекта либо после завершения процесса строительства и в отношении которых Общество не знает никаких причин, которые могут послужить препятствием для получения таких Разрешений в установленный срок.
(d) Проектные соглашения. Проектные соглашения будут продолжать действовать в полном объеме и без изменений в форме, указанной в Разделе 1.01 («Определения») Соглашения о подписке и продолжат действовать без изменений после присоединения ООО «XYZ» к Обществу. Не имелось никаких нарушений, а также событий, которые после предупреждения, по прошествии времени, после вынесения определения суда или любой комбинации этих обстоятельств представляли бы собой нарушение любого из Соглашений о финансировании или Проектных соглашений.
(e) Налоги. Исполнение настоящего Договора либо Договора о присоединении, а также сделок, предусмотренных данными Договорами для обеспечения законности, действительности, исковой силы или допустимости в качестве доказательства таких Договоров и сделок в Российской Федерации, Федеративной Республике Германия, Нидерландах или Чешской Республике, не приведет к удержанию налогов со стороны государственных органов.

Параллельным, или «серым» импортом называют хозяйственную операцию, когда продукт (в котором использован какой-либо объект интеллектуальной собственности) введен в гражданский оборот в одной стране (обычно в стране изготовления) и затем импортирован без согласия правообладателя в другую страну, при этом в обеих странах данный объект обладает правовой охраной, и исключительное право на него принадлежит одному и тому же лицу.
В настоящее время в России серый импорт запрещен нормами законодательства о товарных знаках и патентного законодательства. Данный запрет выражается в том, что исчерпание прав, основанных на патенте или на регистрации товарного знака, наступает после введения товара в гражданский оборот на территории Российской Федерации правообладателем (или с его согласия). Однако данные нормы (статья 23 Закона РФ о товарных знаках и статья 11 Патентного закона РФ) появились в российском праве сравнительно недавно с внесением изменений в названные законы. Ранее серый импорт в нашей стране не был под запретом, так как исчерпание прав наступало сразу после введения товара в оборот правообладателем (либо с его согласия) в любой стране мира. Таким образом, даже отечественный подход к правовому регулированию серого импорта за короткий исторический период претерпел радикальное изменение.
Самая простая модель осуществления параллельного импорта – это реимпорт. Например, крупная западноевропейская компания поставляет партию вышедших из моды моделей оправ для очков на восточноевропейский рынок, а дистрибьютор ввозит эти оправы обратно и продает их в стране производства.
Более сложная система взаимоотношений возникает при реализации следующей модели: продукция, продаваемая транснациональной компанией в нескольких странах, покупается третьим лицом в одной из стран, и ввозится в другую.
Причем, страна производства продукции, также как и интересы самого правообладателя могут вообще не быть затронутыми в такой модели – чаще всего споры по поводу правомерности такого ввоза возникают между дистрибьюторами, уже выкупившими товар у компании-производителя.
У лиц, осуществляющих параллельный импорт по такой схеме, могут быть разные экономические интересы: например, в стране, где продукция закуплена, цены на нее из-за дешевизны рабочей силы или из-за требований более «бедного» рынка ниже, чем в стране импортирования.
Как указывалось выше, параллельный импорт тесно связан с понятием «исчерпания прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности».
Возможность правового обоснования параллельного импорта появилась с разработкой концепции международного исчерпания прав интеллектуальной собственности.
В соответствии с основными принципами права интеллектуальной собственности исключительное право существует в отношении конкретного продукта, в котором использован охраняемый объект интеллектуальной собственности, до первого введения данного продукта в гражданский оборот. То есть, если продукт, в котором использован охраняемый объект интеллектуальной собственности, введен в гражданский оборот с согласия правообладателя, исключительное право считается «исчерпанным».
Как ответ на запросы времени в международном праве была разработана концепция международного (универсального) исчерпания прав интеллектуальной собственности, т.е., исключительное право правообладателя считается исчерпанным в отношении конкретного продукта в момент первого введения этого продукта в оборот в любой стране мира.
Параллельный импорт в ряде стран безусловно разрешен, в ряде стран безусловно запрещен, а в некоторых странах его разрешение или запрещение ставится в зависимость от ряда факторов, например, от возможности введения потребителей в заблуждение относительно качества товара.
Такая свобода соответствует положениям статьи 6 ТРИПС, которая устанавливает право страны-участницы признавать ту или иную концепцию исчерпания прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности.
Государства, которые разрешают параллельный импорт, исходят из следующего:
- из интересов потребителей, которым все равно, кто производит товар, лишь бы качество товара оставалось на одном и том же уровне (Япония, Канада);
- из необходимости поддержания внутреннего рынка (в странах «третьего мира»).
Разрешение параллельного импорта отвечает интересам потребителей, так как не дает правообладателю устанавливать монопольно высокие цены на продукцию и заставляет правообладателя честно указывать страну происхождения товара, если качество товара меняется в зависимости от страны происхождения (например, если продукция известной фармацевтической компании, производимая в Польше для российского рынка, попадет во Францию, и на этикетке не будет указана страна изготовления, репутация компании будет подорвана).
В Японии, в Великобритании, Объединенными Нациями Анд (включающими в себя Колумбию, Венесуэлу, Эквадор, Перу и Боливию - далее ОНА) параллельный импорт разрешен.
В настоящее время в Евросоюзе в отношении товарных знаков применяется концепция регионального исчерпания прав, т.е., исключительное право считается исчерпанным, если товар первоначально исходил от правообладателя (или по лицензионному договору с ним), и впервые введен в оборот на территории одной из стран Европейского Союза.
В США складывается гибкая система регулирования параллельного импорта. Судебная практика США внешне ориентирована на защиту интересов потребителей. То есть, если параллельный импорт формально не противоречит интересам потребителей США, не вводит их в заблуждение относительно качества товара, при этом ввозимый товар не имеет существенных отличий от товара, производимого в США, то такой импорт разрешен.
Параллельный импорт может быть запрещен или ограничен государством по следующим причинам:
- исходя из интересов правообладателей, понесших существенные расходы на маркетинг определенного товарного знака или технологии, в то время как «серые импортеры», не затратив средств на рекламу и внедрение, могут себе позволить устанавливать демпинговые цены на продукцию (Испания, Россия);
- исходя из интересов национальной безопасности, так как, например, лекарственные средства или продукты питания имеют стратегическое значение для общества, а следовательно, их качество должно быть в большей степени, чем все остальные продукты, гарантировано товарным знаком.
Один из основных способов обеспечения интересов правообладателей – договорное регулирование вопросов, связанных с параллельным импортом товаров.
То есть, в договорах на использование объектов интеллектуальной собственности (лицензионных, агентских и др.), а также в договорах на производство и распространение товаров, в которых использованы те или иные объекты интеллектуальной собственности, можно урегулировать следующие вопросы:
- территория, на которой используются объекты интеллектуальной собственности данным лицом;
- обязательство лица при введении в оборот товара предусматривать, что его контрагент предпримет все необходимые меры для того, чтобы товар распространялся и использовался только на определенной территории;
- ценовая политика;
- ответственность за сохранение качества товара.
Übersetzung - Englisch LEGAL REGULATION OF PARALLEL IMPORT
Parallel import, or 'grey' import, is a business operation when a product which was made with the use of intellectual property (hereinafter referred to as "IP") is put into free circulation in one country (usually in the country of production) and then imported into another country without the consent of the trademark owner, and moreover this intellectual property is legally protected in both countries and the exclusive right to it is possessed by the same party.
Currently in Russia grey import is prohibited according to the regulations of trademark law and patent legislation. This prohibition means that the exhaustion of rights based on a patent or a registration of a trademark occurs once the goods are put into free circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation, either by the trademark owner directly or with the owner’s consent. However, these regulations (specifically, Article 23 of the RF Law on Trademarks and Article 11 of the Patent Law) have only come into effect relatively recently, after a revision of the aforementioned laws. Earlier, grey import was not prohibited in Russia, because the exhaustion of rights occurred immediately after the goods were put into free circulation in any country in the world, either by the trademark owner directly or with the owner’s consent. Thus, even the Russian approach to the legal regulation of parallel import underwent a radical change in a very short period of time.
The simplest method for carrying out parallel import is reimport. For example, a major Western European company supplies a batch of old-fashioned models of spectacle frames to the Eastern European market, and a distributor imports these frames back again and sells them in the country of production.
A more complex system of relations arises when the following pattern is implemented: a product which is sold by a transnational company in several countries is bought by a third party in one of them and imported into another.
Moreover, the country of production of these goods, as well as the interests of the trademark owner, is not necessary affected by such a pattern – in most cases, disputes over the legitimacy of such importation happen between distributors who have already purchased such goods from the production company.
Persons or entities that carry out parallel import using this scheme can have very different economic motives. For example, the country where the goods were bought may have lower prices for it than the country of importation because of the low cost of labor, or the requirements of a more impoverished market.
As we mentioned above, parallel import is closely related to the concept of "exhaustion of rights to a trademark and subjects of intellectual property."
The option of legitimizing parallel import appeared once the concept of an international exhaustion of intellectual property rights was developed.
In accordance with the basic principles of IP rights, the exclusive right can exist with regard to a particular product which uses the protected object of IP before the product is put into free circulation for the first time. This means that if the product which uses the protected object of IP was put into free circulation with the trademark owner’s consent, then the exclusive right to it is 'exhausted'.
As a response to the situation, in international law the concept of the international (that is, universal) exhaustion of IP rights has been developed, i.e. the exclusive right of a right holder is considered exhausted with regard to a particular product once this product is put into free circulation for the first time in any country in the world.
Parallel import is expressly approved in some countries and expressly prohibited in others, while in some countries its approval or prohibition depends on a number of factors, for example, whether it is possible to perpetrate fraud and mislead a consumer regarding the quality of this product.
Such freedom corresponds to the appendices of Article 6 of the TRIPS Agreement, which establishes the right for a participant country to recognize one approach or another to the exhaustion of IP rights.
Countries that approve parallel import do so for the following reasons:
- Consumer interests. Consumers do not care who produces a product, but they want a consistent level of quality (Japan and Canada);
- The necessity of supporting the internal market (Third World countries).
Approval of parallel import meets consumer interests, because it doesn’t allow a right holder to establish high prices on a product on which it holds a monopoly. It also forces a right holder to honestly indicate the country of production, if the quality depends on the country of production (for example, if the products of a well-known pharmaceutical company, which were produced in Poland for the Russian market, are found in France, and the label does not indicate the country of production, it will hurt the reputation of the company).
In Japan, Great Britain, and nations of the Andes (Columbia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia) parallel import is approved.
Currently, in the European Union the conception of regional exhaustion of rights is commonly applied. This means the exclusive right is considered exhausted if goods were initially sold by the right holder (or using a license agreement with the right holder), and the goods were first put into free circulation on the territory of a country of the EU.
A flexible system of regulation of parallel import has been developing in the USA. The judicial practice in the USA is externally oriented to the protection of consumer interests. This means that if parallel import does not conflict with American consumer interests, does not mislead a consumer regarding the quality of this product and at that the imported product does not differ essentially with the product made in the USA, such import is approved.
Parallel import can be prohibited or limited by the state for the following reasons:
- Right holder interests. The right holder bearssignificant expenses for marketing a trademark or technology, whereas grey importers, who did not spend any money on advertising or promotion, are able to get dumping prices for their product (Spain and Russia);
- National security. For example, pharmaceuticals or food products are of strategic importance for society, therefore their quality must be guaranteed by a trademark to a greater degree than other goods.
One of the basic methods to guarantee consumer interests is conventional regulation of issues related to parallel import of goods. This means that in contracts on the use of IP subjects (license agreements, agency agreements and so on), and also in production agreements and agreements on the distribution of goods which involve IP subjects, one may regulate the following matters:
- the territory where this person or entity may use the IP objects;
- the obligation of this person or entity to stipulate, when putting the goods into circulation, that the contractor of this person or entity will take all the measures necessary for the sale and use of the goods only in the determined territory;
- pricing policy;
- responsibility for the preservation of the quality of the goods.

Courage and decisive action - which we are all unfortunately short of – are essential. Complaints must be specific, punishment must be inevitable, and the blows to blackmailers and extorters must be asymmetrical and unexpected. We can, and we must protect ourselves and each other by using resources accessible to everyone. Among us there are journalists, lawyers, policemen, officials, and entrepreneurs, a multitude of honest people ready to respond when we hear, "Hey folks, I’m being screwed over and I need your help!" We must provide asymmetrical resistance to ensure that corrupt officials and police start fearing engaging in further corruption, to make sure they realize that even the most weak and defenseless person can cause them serious trouble.

Unverständlicherweise sah sich General von Seeckt nach dem Putsch nicht aus seinem Amt entfernt, sondern zum Nachfolger des loyalen württembergischen Generals Walther Reinhardt zum Chef der Heeresleitung ernannt – eine folgenschwere Fehlentscheidung, die Reichspräsident Ebert nicht verhindert hat. Seeckt ging nun daran, die etwa 5000 Köpfe zählende Putschbrigade Ehrhardt sowie die Marinebrigade Loewenfeld zu „neutralisieren“. Darunter verstand er jedoch nicht etwa ein strafrechtliches Vorgehen gegen die Hochverräter, sondern eine neuerliche Indienststellung dieser Verbände und ihren Einsatz gegen die unter kommunistischer Führung kämpfende „Rote Ruhrarmee“, die sich aus dem Generalstreik zur Abwehr des Putsches herausgebildet hatte.
Tatsächlich wurde dann ein erheblicher Teil der Angehörigen der Putschbrigaden in die Reichswehr der Republik übernommen. Andere, wie der rechtsradikale Hauptmann Waldemar Papst, im Januar 1919 die Befehle zur Ermordung von Karl Liebknecht und Rosa Luxemburg verantwortlich und hernach bei allen Putschvorbereitungen beteiligt, gingen ins Ausland. Wieder andere schlossen sich der „Organisation Consul“ des ehemaligen Marineoffiziers Ehrhardt an, einer der gefährlichsten rechtsradikalen Terrorgruppen der Weimarer Zeit, die durch spektakuläre politische Morde hervortrat.

El cardenal Antonio María Rouco Varela, presidente de la Conferencia Episcopal Española, ha impulsado en el sínodo de los obispos de Roma un nuevo despertar en la conciencia de los cristianos para "iluminar con el Evangelio la vida pública". La Iglesia debe ser fermento de las culturas modernas, y participar en la vida pública y los debates legislativos, afirmó Rouco, para oponerse al laicismo, esa gran fuente de peligros históricos: "El Estado moderno, en su versión laicista radical, desembocó en el siglo XX en las formas totalitarias del comunismo soviético y del nacional-socialismo", advirtió. Según el arzobispo de Madrid, "en la cultura de la modernidad también continuó viva y social-jurídicamente operante la visión cristiana de la vida. Incluso se produjo un retorno del derecho natural, partiendo del Ius Gentium de la Escuela de Salamanca". A pesar de ello, señaló, "la postmodernidad ha agravado la concepción moderna del hombre, de la sociedad y del orden político-jurídico en sus aspectos más negativos, dando paso al nihilismo existencial y a la dictadura del relativismo ético".

Rouco tomó la palabra el martes ante la asamblea sinodal y lanzó el reto de hacer que la Palabra de Dios luche contra "uno de los rasgos que más intensamente caracteriza la cultura moderna, sobre todo en el contexto euroamericano: la concepción inmanentista del hombre y del mundo, sin referencia ni explícita ni implícita a Dios Creador y Redentor del hombre". El líder del catolicismo español concluyó su discurso animando a la Iglesia a asumir que "los seglares sean protagonistas más activos" en la misión pastoral, lo que parece a la vez un reconocimiento implícito de la dificultad para llenar los seminarios, y un aplauso tácito a la ingente labor evangelizadora que desarrolla su fiel amigo y colaborador Kiko Argüello.
Al tomar la palabra en la asamblea, el doctor Nicholas Thomas Wright, obispo de Durham, delegado fraterno que acude en representación de la Comunión Anglicana, agradeció a Rouco su análisis, ya que lo consideró aplicable también a la Iglesia de Inglaterra.

Law: For two years I was a senior translator at Noerr, one of the top European law firms. I translated agreements, contracts, memorandums for clients, powers of attorney, and other documents in the areas of tax law, commercial law, corporate law, and copyright law, coordinated teamwork in cases of large volume translations, was personally responsible for the final editing and processing of results: translation quality, consistency of terminology, meeting deadlines. I was hired as an ordinary translator, but soon gained more and more trust from my superiors, and after some time I was asked, despite my lack of legal education, even to draft some memorandums and do legal research, that is, to act as a paralegal.
Economics/finance: I hold the Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) issued by the ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). As a freelancer I worked with KPMG on numerous occasions (both interpretation and translation jobs). Also, for three years I was a translator for Slon.Ru, top Russian Internet media company specializing in economics and business/commerce, and translated news articles, analytical essays and columns by leading authors like Seth Godin, Bob Sutton, Dan Ariely, Daniel Pink, Jeff Jarvis, Esther Dyson, Ichak Adizes, Paul Krugman, Greg Mankiw, John Cochrane, Simon Johnson, Nouriel Roubini, Paul Collier, Luigi Zingales. Overall I translated more than 300 articles, most of them are still available online.
Aviation: I was a senior conference interpreter during the IPO preparation process at the Moscow Domodedovo Airport, the largest airport in the Eastern Europe.
