Having studied English, German & French Literature at York University (BA. Hons., IIi) and worked for 6 years in Germany in education and the arts, I've been translating German into English for over 12 years.

Memberships: Associate Member of the Institute for Translation & Interpreting since April 2002

Specialisms: EU & legal documents, especially related to immigration & mutual judicial assistance between EU countries, particularly concerning child maintenance & custody, criminal investigations of fraud; contracts of employment, partnership and sales, legal appeals and court correspondence;
wine & the wine business,

business plans for a range of firms.
