Welcome to my profile. I am a native speaker of both German and Kurdish and a freelance conference interpreter and translator for German and English. I hold a first class MA degree in Interpreting and Translation (German/English) and a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting in Law. As a sworn interpreter and translator, under the regional court of Ingolstadt Germany (Landgericht Ingolstadt), I am also authorised to issue certified translations and interpret before courts. My professional work base is Munich. I lived and worked in the UK for 5 years; I worked as a university lecturer at UCLan and gained experience as a freelance interpreter and translator, in the areas of law, automotive and mechanical engineering.
