Übersetzung - Englisch The project was designed based on the concept of “full insulation and comprehensive renovation” and included building envelope, heating system and ventilation system in the scope. Seven techniques were adopted, which were external thermal insulation for exterior walls, water proof and insulation for rooftops, energy-saving doors and windows, indoor heating system improvement, outdoor pipe network improvement, energy efficiency of heat source and fresh air synchronization in residential buildings. Full packages of materials and processes from Germany were applied to the external thermal insulation for exterior walls and fresh air synchronization in residential buildings. An advanced, suitable and feasible set of EEEB techniques developed through the digestion and application of the leading concepts, materials and techniques from Germany significantly improved the technical skills of EEEB skills in China.
Übersetzung - Englisch The SO2 in the flue gas at the inlet and outlet of the flue gas desulfurization system was tested by the NGA2000 UV analyzer under the operation condition of 100%, 75% and 65% respectively. The results are shown in Schedule 1. As can be seen in Schedule 1, under the operation condition of 100%, 75% and 65%, the desulfurization efficiency was 95.2%, 97.4% and 96.9% respectively, and the SO2 mass concentration of the clean gas was 184.9 mg/m3 (standard, dry, 6% O2), 77.3mg/m3 (standard, dry, 6% O2) and 126.4mg/m3 (standard, dry, 6% O2) respectively.
As can be seen in Schedule 1, under the full load condition, the SO2 mass concentration of the flue gas on Dec. 11 was 3860.8mg/m3 (standard, dry, 6% O2), which was between the design value of 3525 mg/m3 (standard, dry, 6% O2) and the check value of 5139 mg/m3 (standard, dry, 6% O2), so the tested value on Dec. 11 was used for evaluating the desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurization system. And the desulfurization efficiency needs correction. The correction curve is shown in Annex 6.
The SO2 mass concentration of the flue gas was below the design value on Dec. 9 and Dec. 10. The same results obtained under the operation condition of 75%. However, when tested under the operation condition of 65%, the SO2 mass concentration of the flue gas was above the design value.
Correstion results: as can be seen in Annex 6, when the SO2 mass concentration in the flue gas is 3860.8 mg/m3 (standard, dry, 6% O2), the desulfurization efficiency should be 95.0%, and the test result was 95.2% which was above the design value. Therefore, the desulfurization efficiency met the design requirement.
Ausgangstext - Englisch WMFG, GTZ and the Graduate School of the People’s Bank of China will deliver speeches and sign a Memorandum of Understanding in a morning session on the 17th October entitled “Initiation Rites of China Inclusive Finance Working Group”. On that same day, WMFG, GTZ, Graduate School and two of the founding partners of the Working Group will conduct a panel discussion in an afternoon session on the “Development Trend of International Microfinance and Investment Environment in China”. Panelists include representatives from Ernst & Young and Standard Chartered Bank. This launch will emphasize the need for fact based research, pooling of international and domestic viewpoints and high level interaction with Chinese government officials in order to shape China’s poverty alleviation measures.
A large part of China’s population does not have access to adequate financial services. Since 2005, the government has promoted microfinance as a new business line in existing financial institutions, and as the main product of a set of new business models. In 2007 and 2008 it issued guidelines for the new business models, intended to ensure a balance between safety and effectiveness. The Government invited public and private investors to establish pilot institutions. After some years of experimentation, the national government will now develop country-wide legislation. This Working Group originated from this recent encouragement of private investment in inclusive finance with aims to promote supportive government policies and responsible investor behavior. It brings together regulators with local and international investors in inclusive finance. The working group will focus on high quality research, principally funded by the group’s private members. The objectives of the working group are to promote inclusive finance in China, exchange information and learning, encourage responsible investor behavior and support government policies.
