Ausgangstext - Deutsch Ich warf ihm einen unsicheren Blick zu. Er hatte die Augen geschlossen und schwieg. Er schwieg auf eine
Weise, die mich nach innen zog, in einen fast meditationsähnlichen Zustand. Er schwieg auf eine Weise, die
jedes Wort überflüssig machte und keine Fragen aufwarf und mit einer Stille, die alles umfasste, die zeitlos
war und schön.
Der Mond, von grauen Wolken malerisch in Szene gesetzt, schien sanft auf die wunderbare Landschaft, sein
silbriges Licht spiegelte sich im Wasser. Die ausladenden Äste des alten Baumes schufen uns ein Nest, und
ihr Duft hüllte uns ein in eine Atmosphäre, die seiner Seele entsprach. In diesen Minuten konnte ich Michael
voll auf mich wirken lassen und was ich dabei spürte, war kaum mit Worten zu beschreiben. Und es war
kaum zu ertragen.
Er verströmte eine solche Intensität von etwas, was ich zunächst gar nicht fassen konnte...eine solche
Intensität von Licht und Leid, von Liebe und Sehnsucht... etwas so Bittersüßes, schmerzhaft Schönes, dass
mir in seiner Gegenwart unwillkürlich das Herz wehtat und es sich gleichzeitig öffnete. Es war so friedvoll,
so tief und so still. Jeder Ton, den wir wahrnahmen, entstand aus dieser Stille, verriet uns in dieser Nacht
seinen Ursprung. Und mir schien, als ob die Stille aus ihm käme.
Wehrlos ging mein Herz in Resonanz mit diesem Licht in ihm, es erhob mich und ich wurde leicht, so leicht,
so absolut schwerelos, bar jeder Belastung, und ich spürte, wie ich flog, wie ein tiefes Glücksgefühl sich in
mir breit machte und Wellen von Freude mich überschwemmten. Es gab keine Gedanken, nur diese Leere,
vollkommenes Glück, das keinen Raum für etwas anderes mehr ließ.

fully affect me and what I felt then was nearly impossible to describe with words. And it was almost
unbearable.
He exuded such an intensity of something I could not initially grasp.. such an
Intensity of light and suffering, of love and longing ... something so bittersweet, painfully beautiful, that in his presence my heart
involuntarily hurt and opened at the same time. It was so peaceful,
so deep and so quiet. Every sound we perceived emerged from this silence, revealing its origin to us that night. And it seemed as if the silence originated from him.
Without defense my heart went into resonance with that light in him, it elevated me and I felt so light so light so absolutely
weightless, devoid of any burden, and as I flew I felt a deep sense of happiness spread in me and waves of joy flooded me. There were no thoughts, only this emptiness,
perfect happiness, that left no room for anything else.

Die Aufnahme des Patienten erfolgte auf Grund einer koronaren Dreigefäßerkrankung und einer diesbezüglich geplanten PCI. In der hierorts durchgeführten Koronarangiographie zeigte sich eine koronare Dreigefäßerkrankung mit einer signifikanten Stenose der proximalen LAD sowie einer signifikanten Stenose der mittleren LAD. Weiters zeigte sich eine signifikante Stenose der proximalen rechten Koronararterie sowie ein Verschluss der mittleren rechten Koronararterie. Am [ ] wurde die proximale Circumflexa erfolgreich wiedereröffnet und eine Implantation eines beschichteten (drug-eluting) Stents wurde durchgeführt. Eine Wiederaufnahme am [ ] ist zwecks einer PCI der mittleren LAD vorgesehen. Der stationäre Aufenthalt gestaltete sich ohne wesentliche Komplikationen, sodass [ ] am [ ] in gutem AZ nach Hause entlassen werden kann.
