After having completed my pre-university education in Porto's German School, I decided to follow my passion for cars, specially Formula One, by graduating in mechanical engineering. For more than 10 years, I was active as a mechanical engineer and gathered a solid technical background, mostly in Automotive, but also in the fields of Aviation and Power Transformers, with a special focus in Research & Development activities. Between 2011 and 2014, I even opted for a stage living in Germany, while working for several industrial companies. As a way to progress and redefine professional strategies and goals, in 2017 I decided to enrol on a Master in Specialized Translation and Interpretation. Since its completion in the beginning of 2020, I have been working mostly as a German to Portuguese translator, firstly full-time and since December 2022 as a freelancer. Most recently, I have been working as a Content Moderator for the German market. |
