I love to erase the boundaries between people that speak different languages. This is what I do for a living, this is what I will ever do, for I find no joy in other businesses. Do what you love and never work a day, remember? Though it's a tired old mantra, I follow it strictly and have never regretted so far.
This also affects my employers, since I treat every project with the utmost care and love. It's never "take the money and dump it" — I want my clients to be happy with the product they receive, I want to assure the quality of my translations. |
