Language Victim, a.k.a professional English-French/German-French
translator, proofreader and copywriter (French native). I am one of
these translators who tend to value fluidity and readability over
keeping the same structure. Unless you forbid me to cut sentences in two
or to move some words at the beginning of the sentence instead of
keeping them at the end, I most likely will do just that. I am more used
to creative & marketing translations than technical translations,
as most of my clients ask for these types of translations, but I know
how to follow guidelines (even when they are 20+ pages long) and do know
