Source text - English 1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
In this Agreement, unless the context indicates otherwise:
1.1 “Agreement” means this agreement and all the annexures thereto;
1.2 “the Board” means the board of directors of the Company from time to time;

In diesem Vertrag gilt, sofern der Zusammenhang nicht anders vermuten lässt Folgendes:
