Native American, speak English (native), Icelandic, German and (Brazilian) Portuguese with near-native fluency. Can also take on English >> Portuguese since I work with a native Brazilian translator for jobs with this language pair, as we have native fluency on both sides.

Have been translating professionally since 1986.

I am also an IBM mainframe + web programmer, working with financial systems since 1995.

I acquired my language fluency living in the US, Germany, Iceland and Brazil.
