I am a freelance, professional translator DE>ES (certified with a degree in Translation and Interpretation, and I’m also a certified Sworn translator DE>CA). I have over 13 years of professional experience working in Barcelona and in Berlin as a freelance translator, sales assistant and in house translator.
I have worked at international companies in different industries for 8 years, as an in house translator (sectors: optical, pharmaceutical and water filtering, as well as business and administrative documentation) and as a sales manager assistant. I have also been collaborating as a freelance Translator from German < Spanish with different translation agencies and companies, since 1999.
I specialise in German, as it is one of my daily spoken languages and has been a passion of mine from a young age. I also feel very satisfied being able to break down language barriers and to contribute to international understanding. The constant innovations all over the world offer new opportunities and challenges for translators and they motivate and inspire me to work my hardest.
