I am unable to translate this term "Amis du Président" in the following segment:
De bloquer toutes les dispositions contenues dans les propositions de suivi de l'évaluation externe indépendante de la FAO par les « Amis du Président » pour la 35e session (extraordinaire) de la Conférence de la FAO (Rome, 18 - 22 novembre 2008) qui vont à l’encontre de la démocratie réelle et du maintien de la mission fondamentale de l’institution ;
