Pri evaluiranju nekog EEG nalaza, vazan kriterij ima i dob bolesnika. Za vecinu kriterija je poznato da se nalaz EEG-a mijenja u odnosu na starost pacijenta, sto se strucno naziva maturacija, a sto znaci "sazrijevanje" odredjenih parametara takvog nalaza. Stoga bi se takav nalaz mogao interpretirati kao nalaz EEG-a koji ne odgovara tipicnom nalazu kod nekog pacijenta u njegovoj zivotnoj dobi.

ODER
Es hat was mit In-vitro-Maturation http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/In-vitro-Maturation zu tun, also dass evtl. durch diese Methode das EEG so unreif ist. Aber das ist nur ne vage Vermutung...
