Scaffolding types
Just need a little help pinpointing this exact scaffold type referenced on pg 43 & 45 of http://www.arbouw.nl/pdf/a-bladen/a-blad-veilige-steiger.pdf All the context and images one a little more versed in construction might need are there.
The V in the legend on page 45 is a typo for U.
The above doc is not the one I'm translating (it's less construction oriented). Nonetheless, the section that I AM translating is in a safety document that points to fall risks in relation people who work at heights on an "uitbouwsteiger" vs. tarped in scaffolds and suspended scaffolds.

Discussion
(PS: very clear images of 12 different types of scaffolding on page 43, incl. 'uitbouwsteiger' + 'uitsteeksteiger')
I made a screenshot of the steigertypes and put it here: http://wordbook.nl/screenshots/steigertypes.png
image: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q="truss-out scaffold"&espv=... (looks kind of like your 'uitbouwsteiger')
Could 'uitsteeksteiger' be a synonym?
This image of the 'schelă în consolă' ('projecting scaffold') also kind of resembles your 'uitbouwsteiger': http://www.mediabiz.ro/produse/178-schele-metalice/37-schela... (same thing as in the TranslatorsCafe question/image)
