Danish to English Tech/Engineering

A Danish-language dissertation I have refers to the proposal for a ninth EU directive. The dissertation is on the difference between Danish and non-Danish companies and groups (of companies). Three types of groups are mentioned, viz. "faktisk koncern", "aftalekoncern" and "integreret dattervirksomhed" which are not defined in Danish law, but are nevertheless introduced in the proposal.
